    You can raise the spoiler up and down when ever you want.

     

    And I'm sorry but the TT is a girls car.

    I'd like to see if there are any Zed owners changing from a zed to a TT, appart from girls of course! :D

     

    Test drive in the Z4 M coupe coming up in the next day or so!

    Just caught up with this thread, I'm sorry but I find the whole thing really funny......is that bad!

    I got on with a couple of Mods over there but found it getting more and more clicky, not posted for months, miles more friendly over here!

    Better atmosphere!

    test drove the new 3.2 TT (fully loaded) on Saturday:

     

    Loved the S tronic paddles.....for about 15mins then got board!

     

    The looks are nothing compared to the Zed, not one second glance from

    anybody, serious not one, you get spoilt driving the Zed, as soon as you change you will notice the difference!

     

    The TT is far to tame, rather than you being in control of the car the car is So in control of you.

     

    No where near raw enough!

     

    To be far though, I really don't think you should compare the two, they are that different. The Zed is a sports coupe, the TT is a gadget fest, more and an executive coupe!

     

    I tried to explain this to the sales guy and failed so I gave him the keys to my Zed and we went far a spin, (he drove)

    And he totally agreed with everything I said, I won't mention the garage but is words were, "that's a real motor"

     

    BMW Z4 M next, but looks like I may just stick with mine for another year

    or even update for the new silver 06 with NISMO.

    like the guy said I want a real car! and the TT didn't come close

    (Oh, and to get a decent spec, your looking at around 34k!)

    Oh, and i forgot to mention is was very wet!!!

     

    Lomoto:- I am actually that shallow, the day after getting whipped by the RS4 I booked a test drive in a 320 EVO, (I work next door to a Mitsy Garage) but knocked it on the head after looking at it.

    taxi with spoiler came to mind, it looked rotton!! 25k 06 with 3500m (is that good or bad??)

    They seem to look better on the road?

    You see that's just it, the Zed looks awesome it really deserves more power, it looks like it should be a sub 5sec 60mile at least, I think it's a shame that's all, and I will be enquiring about the supercharged Zed

     

    Oh, and I've found the caps lock, which I've removed ready to insert up your arse ;)

    Been some good answers, and it seems that those prepared to answer come from an angle that there has been some sacrifices made to run their

    Zed.

    Which makes you think how much money you have to earn to run a 40k car which is what I'm trying to do next! (in a year or two)

    Maybe not that much more? apart from the obvious 12K difference on cost.

    I think anybody under the age of 35 (ish) would have to earn in excess of 50k to run a 40k car whilst having a mortgage, bills, holidays etc....

    Unless again your willing to do without certain things other people may take for granted.

    It's a difficult one when cars are your passion, how much you should spend, what do you sacrifice, when does it really become to much, I know it is all

    relative to the individual but an interesting insight none the less!

    Oh. and who said they were planning to run a Zed on £20 a week pecky? If you do this without leaving your street let me know ;)

    Was stuck in the football traffic right outside the trafford arms (on the other side) at the front of the que! I was the bald bloke looking ruff stareing at you in a brown polo tee.

    I was on the way to the match to watch United play like a load of f**king Sh1t3!!! :thumbdown:
