Spotted a sunset on the M4 yesterday (Sunday) at about 5.30pm. Heading east, just east of the M5 junction.

How many miles do you think you will get form the Toyo's then. Assuming fairly hard driving.

My point really is that although the Honda might be better on running costs and build quality, it certainly is not at the other end of the scale. So the overall score should be much closer. And as far as build quality is concerned, my wife has the latest Civic and I don't think there much difference IMO. That is comparing similar age/design cars. As for running costs, the 350 is way cheaper than my 2 previous cars, Lexus & BMW.

How does the S2000 score more than the zed. Surely practicallity is as bad or worse and I can't see build quality or running costs will be much different!!

On the news last night and in yesterdays Daily Mail, an article of how the driver of a 350z nearly slid off a 1400ft cliff in the ice on a shortcut to his brothers house, he was resued by the fire brigade who hauled him to safety. I think the car was a Kuro GT4 with Nismo kit. Sounded a bit scary!!

Steve, that's exactly how I understood it to be, but the service manager just kept quoting the the VIN does not fall within the chassis numbers covered and therefore will not be a valid warranty claim. What I don't want to do is go down the goodwill route if in fact it is covered by the warranty.

That would add up with what the service manager told me that the dealer would not get paid. So it looks like I am scuppered, unless it is worth persuing a good will claim with Nissan as the dealer has confirmed feathering and from a customer point of view, this obviously not occcur. Is it worth a go?

Thanks for the comments/advice. I suppose what I need to know is can the warranty claim be refused on chassis nymber alone. If that is the case then I am wasting my time with another dealer, CS etc, etc. No-one seems to be able to tell me. I understood the basis of the claim to be the KZ tyres and the wheel alignment form the factory. (Presumably they have changed something now). Anyone know if it is possible to get hold of the actual Nissan TSB, to see what that says?

Does that mean there is no dealer fit option for any other alloy wheels, then?
