  2. They are fixed damping,, the ride is really good , better than standard.did not go to low .. think it sits nice .
  3. Fitted st Coilovers, car feels great and can drive it hard , the lowering springs I fitted a month back just weren’t up to the job .heres a few pics .. ps underneath the car there is a few rusty parts , that I would like to replace anyone no the part number and cost .. thanks everyone.
  4. Yes it’s attached to the hood .. it looks like you could fit a new one .. I have 3 months warranty..so I think I’ll phone the garage.only thing is am a bit nervous about someone messing with the hood . I look at a coupe , but the front had lots of stone chips , then I seen this one and it was fitted with a cobra exhaust.. it was mint , but I never checked the soft top .. it was only when I got it home I noticed a few things, but the roof works fine , just worried about the rubbers .
  5. Had mine a month .. love the car . I noticed when cleaning the roof the rubber seal had rips .. don’t no if it’s a easy fix so check the soft top carefully..anyone had this problem.. and when the roof is down the seal is warped .hoping to get a new seal , but the seal goes right round the back of the car .
  6. Mate did you get any joy with the seal .? Mines is the same .
  7. Thanks sim.. not used the car much since fitting the springs...yes the rsr springs sound good .. have you any pictures after you fitted them to the roadster.
  8. Cheers mate .. but I’ll think I’ll go Coilovers.
  9. That still looks to low for driving about were I stay.. only wanted to take away a bit of the wheel gap .. now my car if far to low and can’t drive it fast Incase I hit a pot hole or uneven surface, it’s my weekend car so I’ll just take it easy till I change it back.
  10. Rs-r springs sound good .. anyone got a pic of them fitted?
  11. It’s says 25mm for 370Z and 17/14mm for 350z or am I wrong?
  12. So if I fit Tein ..I’ll be sorted ..just wasted 300 quid. On parts and fitting.
  13. Tein say 25mm drop .so was thinking Coilovers to raise it up a little..don’t think I want springs again .
  14. It said 25mm front and back .. Vogtland springs .. but the ride is rock hard ..just wanted to close the wheel and arch gap a little so it looked better.. with 20 mm spacers .. but the front wheel is right under the arch .
  15. Car is far to low at front after fitting lowering springs..bumper catching on uneven roads and I dare not go near speed bumps .and am sure when I hit pot holes it hits the bump stops .. I like the back , but the front is very low .. scared to drive the car fast .. so my question is, will Coilovers lift it up a bit or should I fit the original springs.thanks
  16. We update.. Vogtland springs and 20mm spacers fitted .
  17. So I’ve had my car a month , just fitted Vogtland springs and 20mm spacers front and back .. front 20mm spacers went on without any problem, after reading on here that they would not fit.Vogtland Sport Springs say a 25mm drop... but it’s more like a inch and a half .. but there doesn’t seem to be any rubbing..I don’t want to start fitting camber kits .anyway here’s a few pics .
  18. Roof is fine , but the rubbers near the window have warped a we bit .. as you can see in pic ..don’t no if this is a common problem with age , but apart from that the car is mint .
  19. Thanks .. always wanted a 350/370 z .. now I have one , am sure I’ll you will get another one .
  20. Ha ha ...I love the look of the coupe ...not seen any roadsters about my way , so the car stands out .. can’t wait to get the springs on and spacers on , then change the wheel color .
  21. Cheers .. I wasn’t looking for a roadster, would have been happy with the coupe .. but it was at a garage near to me ,, and when I went for a dive , I was hooked .
  22. Thant’s mate , can’t wait for the summer
  23. Was going to get 25mm , but was worried after lowering it would rub , I’ll just cut the studs on the front if they catch .
  24. Thanks mate .. some people seem to have 20 mm up front with no problems ..I was hoping I would be lucky .
