What ET were your alloys that were on yesterday lee? they are similar to the wheels im putting on and they didnt look like they needed to be pulled out 5cms With the spacers on they are 10.5 et 5 so 13 mm further out than yours. Roughly to sit where you were talking about would require another 35/40 mm spacer. Im home in 10 mins so can take a measurement for you. Cheers Lee
  3. Cheers, thisll is what ill end up doing, just want to get a feel for what i may need, like i said i dont want any more that 40mm really but likewise not getting rid of the rims as i ove them

  5. lol, the K1 drones badly anyway tbf, just turn the radio up and cruise at higher revs, ive seen people get short bursts of flames just through de cats on the zed, i wouldnt mind getting some of them on the go lol

Hi I have a query regarding wheel spacers for anyone running the veilside v3 or anyone who knows about them, i bought some Volk GT-S off a forum member a while ago specs are Front 19" 9.5 et 17 (245 tyre) Rear 19" 10.5 et 18 (275 tyre) I know these wont fill the arches and for the purists wouldnt be recommended for this kit, but i love the wheels and wont be changing them, so i need to know what size spacers im likely to need, im hoping no more than 40mm Thanks for your help :-)

K1 is loud mate, but i like it, i can understand why people hate them and they arent for the purists, but im a big kid and i love the sound yes i know de catting it will make it louder, ill have to see whether its too loud once done, im sure i can silence it by putting bungs back in lol i really fancy the stillen y pipe, and any decent de cats really

    Cheers veilside, not sure why you can't just get them from veilside, I can't even find the reps with the correct logo, the v should go under and over but I've seen some that go over and over, only small but when you know you know lol
  9. ok, im running the japspeed k1 so i gues would make sense to stay japspeed,does the japspeed y pipe have heat shields, if so how do they hold up?

  15. Yea sounds pretty much what I was trying to explain 😂 Hard to describe...thinking I may be due a new clutch, did you upgrade your clutch or stay OEM...what did you pay out?

Hi guys got a question I noticed whilst on the motorway that when I'm in a high gear at a rev count possibly below what it should be for the gear for example 2.5-3k in 6th ... when I put the gas on the revs will shoot up then drop slightly and start to gain again...only notice this happen in 5th and 6th and only way I can describe the feel is like the clutch is deployed, but it's not, there is no loss of power 1st through 4th no issue then 5th and 6th still pulls like a train but seems like the revs get to high to quick and then drop to where they should be... I already know I have a clutch issue when putting on gas with the clutch at biting point the clutch stays half way until I release gas, could these be related? Understand this is a long and probably confusing message but and help or insight would be appreciated Thanks Luke

  19. i have a used excellent condition y-pipe if you wanted to replace that aswell, i know these can get a little rough, message if interested

Guys, i bought a V3 and am having a nighmare with prep as there is a gap between the bootlid and the lip, i had the opportunity to buy LMCs spoiler but at the time money was tight and i missed my opportunity, look at LMCs thread you will see how well the spoiler fits, im kicking myself i never bought his, £400 for this sppoiler is a snip get on it before i do :-P

  22. Did you have the same problem lee? I don't have those facilities does anyone know any body shops in Midlands or Manchester area who could sort this fit me?
