    Quick Q - do decats cause eml??

    Currently running standard exhaust but wanting to beef the noise a bit...thinking decats (keep originals for mot time).

    Worrying if they will bring the eml on straight away or is there any preventative measures you can take to prevent it??

    And if eml goes on will she go into limp mode?

    Not ready for a remap before that gets suggested. Many thanks for all help! ^_^

    Have to say i love the fact that no one has a bad word to say about it - i've driven multiple vauxhalls ("ahh it'l break down soon...") and volvos ("hahaha old man's car...") but not one person doesn't like it! 😆😆😆

    Does the standard bumper grille come with a blanking section for the tow point? I cant stand the gap that mine has and was wondering if it is missing something...

    I'm curious about the dipping...moons ago the dipped "carbon fibre" simply looked like grey/black checkered...does it actually look like carbon fibre nowadays with the individual thread pattern (if you know what i mean)...

    I dont want to go down the dipping route and it look naff...carbon skinning is also an option but obviously it severely increases the thickness of the panel which can be a PITA when it comes to refitting

    I'm quite baby faced so i get the usual "how much is the insurance on that?!?!"

    I got a winking smiley face with "Just smile!" Underneath when i was 19, just split up from first proper relationship and feeling rebellious...

    Then got "insieme per sempre" (together forever - italian) down my ribs as a matching tattoo with my then wife...we have since recently split so a cover-up will shortly be on the cards...

    And on saturday i got the smiley face covered up by Stu Tasker of Wet paint collective (melton mowbray) can't recommend him high enough!

    BULB KIT FOR 350Z ROADSTER

    Just got a bulb kit for my roadster, led 4 fuse like bulbs and 3 plug in bulbs,can anyone tell me how do I get the interior bulbs out of my interior light,mind its a roadster, and boot light, how does that come off, and the rear number plate lights, I just see that they clip off.

     

    2-bulbs for cabin light

    2-bulbs for number plate

    1-bulb for boot light still have 2 bulbs left ,where do they go.? no instructions on packets.

    Where did you get your set from? Any problems since fitting?

    :welcome: Have you got an plans to start making any changes?

    Plans? Well she isn't perfect unfortunately (clicky axle/arb drop links, slave cylinder, and stone chipped bumper...) but once they're sorted i'm thinking of tidying her up with a few choice mods of clear reflectors, zed badges, silvertec's, and other odd touches...HFC's, backbox, pop-charger or panel

     

    Essentially tittivating, smartening up, and having a play whilst i resist the temptation to go whole hog (excuse my taste in stupid low, big wheels, dish, poke, camber, stance e.t.c.)

     

    So yeah...
