  1. Mine doesn't Neither does mine. My mates 05 Import had a retractable one though. Are there any differences between hard top and soft top?
  2. I've got several of these kicking about the place: http://www.blenderbottle.com/ That I use when I'm at the gym, or just generally out and about. But they don't fit in the cupholder spaces in my 350! Anyone got anything half decent that fits, that's not a 500ml coke bottle or similar?!
  3. Going well, will fit it tomorrow night, the bose changer in the car I just bought is knackered. Cheers for the walk-through, wiring is not my favourite thing to do.
  4. Just beside Glasgow Airport at the moment. I guess so, but I've owned a soft top for the last 4 years, and I tend to have the roof down most days as long as it's not raining. I particularly like cold clear winter nights for a top down drive with my hat and gloves on!
  5. Had seen the stickies in here, but hadn't even realised there was a 'guide' forum. Thanks
  6. Thanks for the warm welcome guys, I'm already asking silly questions elsewhere on the forum!
  7. Hi, Recently bought a 350Z, a 2006 with the Bose double DIN 6 cd/tape deck head unit It's crap. And knackered. I have one of these lying around: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/DVD-Receivers/AVH-P1400DVD Would I be right in saying that all I need to fit it and retain the steering wheel controls is: http://caraudiosecurity.com/29-007-pioneer-patch-lead http://caraudiosecurity.com/29-674-nissan-350z-bose-steering-control-interface-adaptor & http://caraudiosecurity.com/ct24ns19-nissan-350z-2003-double-din-fascia-adaptor-kit You're probably fed up of answering these questions, but ICE is really not my thing. Cheers
  8. Morning all Recently bought a 350Z Roadster from a guy that was a member on here, picked it up about a month ago now, but for some reason have had real bother joining your website! Anyway, I'm here now, so here's a few pics, as I said, I've had it around a month, since then it's been in my mates garage for a clutch, big service, all the usual stuff, gear oil, diff oil, etc. and had 4 new Vredestein Ultrac Vorti fitted. Plans include refurbing the wheels and sorting out the awful stereo, the cd changer is a bit gubbed. The roof has a couple of small tears starting, will probably look into getting that re-skinned before winter. Enjoying driving it, enjoying being able to put stuff in the boot again too, coming from a Mk3 MR2, and whilst it's much comfier, faster, refined etc, it's probably not as much fun to chuck about. Anyway, I'm off to read and ask some stupid questions about what I need to do to make my double din Pioneer dvd thingy work! Cheers!
