Tesco are 10p per litre cheaper than shell and bp in Milton Keynes so with the heads up on it being just as good in quality that's what I'll be using from now on.

Anybody know if there's any difference in quality between these? I get the feeling there isn't but I just somehow feel that little bit better when I'm filling up with v power or bp ultimate as opposed to tesco momentum even if tesco is cheaper.

I had another look at graheme's pic of his and the button says snow (I think). What does it do and is it not this that mine is missing? Also, what's central tunnel?

Uh!! I didn't realise both positions were different temp settings. Will have to check that out. Am still wondering what the other blank closest to drivers seat is for.

One is for the passenger seat and the other for the drivers seat. In mine the switches have 3 positions. On, off and on again.

On mine there's a blank where what looks like there should be a switch next to the heated switch buttons. Anybody know what I'm missing out on?

Not in my 04 DE. They're two small plastic switches underneath where graheme's elbow pad is.

I keep seeing hr and de being written. Can someone explain to me what this means please.

Does anybody else get this? Driving along and suddenly realise my Arse is getting hot. I think the dashboard would be a more suitable place to put the heated seat switch. Not where my elbow naturally wants to rest.

I know this sounds doubtful or even made up but I reset my ave mpg whilst travelling at 53 mph on the m1 for about 15 miles with cruise control on and at a fraction under 2500 rpm in 5th gear and was getting 39.7 mpg. Better than our 1.6 petrol Ford C-Max 61 plate.

I had a similar problem with a vw golf I brought from what seemed like a respectable company at the time. Like yours, the car developed faults which were underlying problems when I brought it but wernt straight away noticeable. Anyway, after handing the car back for the garage to repair it which they never did, I took it to an independent garage to get a list of faults with it. To cut a very long story short I contacted trading standards regarding the compromise of safety on the car at time of sale. I also had to contact my credit card company and the ombudsman. In the end there was no need for court action from my side and I received all of the money I'd paid for the car in full. In the meantime since all that happened which took the best part of 8-10 months the trading standards have been investigating the garage regarding their dodgy dealings involving my case and many more unsuspecting and unfortunate customers and are putting together a case in which to prosecute. Well I hope this helps.
