  1. Hate to admit this but am ingreement with Ioneabee..... :surrender:

I don't really go in for all this physio nonsense mind, I'm a girl....I can deal with the pain lol

i used to think that about physio - but when i started my knees just weren't playing ball .......... 2 sessions with a physio on my completely knotted up leg muscles (after 49 years) - and no knee pain :yahoo:

I'm also very against physiotherapists. They tend to just google the symptoms and follow a guidebook for rehab. Much better off seeing someone for a sports specific massage or even an osteopath as you'll probably find that the soreness is a result of a postural imbalance somewhere along the line.

This is coming form a Personal Trainer so i see issues like this all the time. Best of luck though!

  2. to ask member of their opinion is a worthless quest. I should know. My car gets slated, not by everyone but you do get the haters. However, this style thing, its very individual. I would never ask if you like my feature wall in my lounge, as its pointless and means nothing regards to your views, so why do it with cars, body kits and colours?? The car scene would be dead on its arse if every one had GM coupe' with 18" rays. We are all car mad because we "ENJOY" looking at what others have done regardless of how good or bad you think the car is.

Alright mate! I get the hint!

  3. we whipped out the playstation 2 after taking of 'the old days' and we still had the copy of 'need for speed underground' - the original game. remembering that the 350z was one of the best cars on the game, i quickly got making mine. glad to say its worth nearly 4 rep stars

Recently bought the PS4 NFS...very similar

Is it worth getting? I loved NFSU2!

I bought it for £30. I enjoy it, bit too much cutscene for my liking. Not as many customizable options as Underground, but if you enjoyed that, worth a purchase.

Shut up and take my money! :surrender:

  5. And that is why the world cant be "equal" as it is no longer about the best person for the task (in whatever context) but all about the colour of your skin, which has no bearing on anything, except for the people who want it to be, racists and pc brigade alike. Its a viscous circle.

Incidentally, its the same in social housing, a certain % must be allocated to minorities, not the ones most in need.

Viscous - having a thick, sticky consistency between solid and liquid; having a high viscosity.

  6. It astonishes me more there's enough halfwits out there who keep buying them in enough numbers to make it a viable business.

Actually, astonishes isn't the right word. Terrifies. It terrifies me.

Women love gossip and scandal, not saying women are halfwits of course, but they do seem to revel in it, like soaps, reality tv etc

So what you're saying is; 'Women are halfwits'?

  7. Ha ha! Come on, do it properly, you haven't got anything to lose anyway as I'm going to pay for it :p

  9. Hey none of my mods are on the list!

And actually, I couldn't agree more wIth the choices, I've never understood strong camber with stretched rubbers, really not sure how it's meant to look good

The stanced scene is huge, I guess they would disagree ;) Its not a route I would follow either, but, some look awesome and I fully appreciate what they have done and their passion for their scene and the different looks achieved, from mild to wild. Imho, its better than looking at another 350 with rotas and a chargespeed rear.

As per my first post, seems the article was just a good excuse to have a pop at the stanced scene, there are worse modifications around Imho

Oh yes I do appreciate that stance is huge at the moment, it's just not my cup of tea. The same as I like the look of vinyls and neons, which a lot of people hate.

At the end of the day it makes the cars unique if people do what THEY like, and that makes for a better car scene 👊

Agreed. I'm still a fan of neons - if done properly. And BGW's? Sign me up all day long!

  10. So, after throwing countless hours into R6:Siege, I came across someone else that had a mic and spoke English. Communication made quite a difference to the outcome of a few of our matches. After that the floodgates opened and within 20 minutes we had a full squad of English speaking headset users. With the constant chat and call-outs going on we went on a streak of something like 9 straight wins. That was the game being played exactly the way it was designed to be - it was magical!

If anyone else fancies squadding up on PS4 then add me. SonnyMarrs

Know exactly what you mean, it makes a huge difference having everyone talking to each other. I'll add you as it always helps to have a few players. My ID is Banzai__Bam (two underscores)

Looking forward to teaming up! As long as I get to play as Ash! :p

  12. Did anyone else fall over at the £529 cost of the Oculus Rift announced yesterday? Looks like VR is dead before its begun at that price.

We can but hope that Sony don't price theirs as high now.

I must admit I was surprised even though I shouldn't have been.

Like you I hope Sony do get the tech and price right.

Anyone else think "back to reality" when they read anything VR related?

Just so you know; I appreciate the Back to Reality reference!

    DUANE DIBLEY?!

Not sure mate, maybe you're right about crimewatch...

Not spoke with Mig since he left the Cheshunt Chiro Clinic sadly was a good fella though
    [/quote]

Yeah, He oped up a clinic literally across the road from my gym, and he's in here occasionally. I'll be sure to drop your name into a conversation to get the gossip on your sordid affairs!
