I’ve torn a sizeable hole in the door sill that can’t be repaired so I’m in need a replacement, preferably in Gunmetal.

It seems to be some way off from the finished article; but I appreciate the recommendation, regardless.

I am a fan of the aggressive looking kits. I think it would finish off the rocket bunny kit quite nicely instead of the stock bumper.

This is definitely something I need to look at and press on with!

Not for me personally, but it is quite agressive looking.

The closest one I've seen to that for the 350Z is this one (link below). I'm sure it would be cheaper and look better in the end to have a fabricator cut or mould the vents to this, rather than trying to make a 370 item fit the 350...use your imagination and you should be able to get quite close to the Varis...

I don't fancy a 370 over the 350 I already have. It's a preference!

So I'm looking for a fabricator/body shop near Windsor/Slough/Reading (willing to travel within reason) that can fit a 370 rear bumper into a 350.

Callisthenics has always had quite a big following. I don't think it's particularly 'fashionable' at the moment, not compared to the likes of CrossFit etc

Been a while since I checked in!

Training for me is going quite nicely. Started Deadlifting and Squatting again now that my knee can take it and the bar is getting heavier and heavier at a nice pace, so I'm feeling happy with it all. Eating is absolutely terrible but it's not bugging me too much as things stand.

I wonder which injury awaits me next!

I've just started again on The Division. It's hard work grinding up to level 30 again! But the dark zone is still full of backstabbing wasters and I love it!

I've ended up buying Civ 4: Colonization for a bit of nostalgia - although it is the remake. Having had a few goes at it I'm now tempted to just pay the colossal £5 asking price for the actual original version that I used to play on the Commodore Amiga 500. Oh how far games have come...

Also I have really found amino acids before, during and after workout, beneficial.

Regarding growing traps - upright row? heavy barbel shrugs on Smith machine? Lateral raises?

Traps still won't grow!!

EVENTUALLY I'll get Dark Souls 3 but I've got such a backlog its unreal.

 

I'm playing it now, usually I play the deprived class which has no starting stats, it makes the start a bit harder but you can usually farm some starting enemies and level up before hitting the first boss. In DS3 there's a boss immediately, no way to avoid it... yes you can beat him as deprived but I'm not going to bother as it's too much effort.

SPOILER ALERT!! Game ruined now.

I'm making some pretty good progress considering I'm a train wreck of a person with knee and arm injuries going on. It's not stopping me hitting my leg day though! Just got to make sure the majority of my day is spent posterior loading, but even then I suffer a little bit that evening when training clients etc. Maybe some growth will help with the recovery!

The only real let down is my upper traps - nothing I do seems to make them grow!

I do the exact same thing! The Mrs turns into a Mr Freeze lookalike, but it keeps me happy and her too cold to whine at me!

Got the blueprint for the yellow Vector .45 ACP, kicks out between 8k - 9k damage, add to it a yellow Extended mag blueprint and get Rate of fire as an attrubute and you have a pretty decent weapon

 

Doing Daily Missions on Challenging gives yellow drops everytime, just go random matchmake, cos running those solo is impossible

Running it with a bunch of retards isn't much better!

My Liberator is pushing out about 125k dps at an RPM of 1050. Pretty tasty when the mag size is 57!

I'm going through a similar situation at the moment, only it's a girlfriend and not a wife, which makes things a hell of a lot easier. Our issue is down to us wanting different things. She wants marriage and kids and I want a GTR (not even joking). Yeah, it may be a selfish approach from me but there is no way in Hell that I'll ever be able to achieve my dream if the marriage and kids come first because of all the show-cushions that we 'HAVE TO BUY!'. Also; her dad works in the diamond business so I'd have to sell my soul to afford the only acceptable ring that she wouldn't be able to live without.
