Yea I read that. But what if an import came available with all the features of a UK car. (Heated leather seats, sat nav, Rays etc). Would it be worth a purchase?

Are there any disadvantages to getting an import? I've noticed they tend to be cheaper to buy. But is there any reason why I person should spend more money and get a UK model instead? Just curious...

Hi all! Well what can I say. I'm currently in the saving (money) and searching (for the right 350z) process, so I thought it would be a benefit to join a forum. I've been on various forums for various cars in the past and find the wealth of collective knowledge invaluable, so here I am. I've always liked the 350z, I remember when they first hit the streets around 2002? There was an orange one irked outside a house near me, I thought the car was desperately beautiful car. Anyway, my car history has been, in the main, hot hatches, starting with the 106 rallye, Punto GT's (4) Mini Cooper s, onto an Audi TT 225. I found that the Audi looked the part, but was sluggish and lifeless on the steering. I thought, how about the 3.2v6? Put I found out (from the TT forum) that it isn't much different and still kicks out only 250bhp. So plan B... A 350Z!!! As I initially said, I'm currently saving. From looking online it looks like £5k will get you one £6k will get you a good one and £7k+ will get a very good one with low miles. Is there anything I should be looking for in particular? Like parts that are prone to failure being replaced? I'm not an expert on Zed's yet! ;-) Cheers, Ash
