Was after a shiny aluminium one my engine bay already looks quite dark with all the carbon fibre

anyone know where I can get one ? I'm after retaining the OEM airbox

the only thing I could stumble across through google searching was this gotuning.com titanium intake pipe

and at $400 its a tad expensive for me right now, but is on the list of future buys.

I know you can also get the samco intake pipe but that's not what I'm after really

looks great in my opinion, front seems like its missing something (yes I know the badge isn't there)

love the look of the wheels also

Can anyone direct me to either a link or manual with what all the hoses are in the engine bay please, specifically the coolant and vacuum lines and what they're for ?

If someone else does get this dongle can you post up if it worked or not ? As I have the same problem and im using a elm327 v2.0 Bluetooth dongle

I'm 26 going on 40

Just want to say a massive thanks to mark for the shiny throttle body and such a quick turn around time

Here it is installed on my carbon fibre plenum

Speaking from experience I used to drink and drive got caught and I'm glad they did because it taught me a lesson, even though I didn't hurt anyone the times I did it, you can be so incapable and not even realise it,now I wouldn't even consider getting in the car the day after or take my keys or car out with me, some cars can be a handful sober let alone drunk when your feeling invincible, I lost my job because of it.

This was when I was 20, (now 27) and the only thing Ive had on my licence, I took a drink driving rehabilitation course and had my 12month ban reduced to 9, learnt a little bit aswell.

Don't like the bonnet, probably wouldn't like the decals if it was mine, like the wheels though think they go well

Anyone have one for sale ?

You know what meets are like though only half usually turn up

Think there's one at Thorpe park at the end of the month hear it's gonna be quite a big one

I think the one is in the 2nd pic is the nismo v3 bumper 99% sure

The one in the 3rd picture I think is the nismo v2

Think the inner diameter is 70mm not sure on the outter

Anyone know what the two vacuum lines off the plenum feed ? Mainly interested in the one at the top of the throttle body

Think one feeds some sort of servo?

Bit of an update as I've managed to do a few bits and bobs even though the weather is !!!! And I'm now soaked

Here's what the head unit looks like installed really pleased with it but think I'll order a new fascia see if I can get it to sit flush (bit of a nightmare)

Not bad for a Chinese eBay job head unit really pleased with its endless functions

Here's the carbon fibre engine cover with the plenum not so sure about it, plus the top left bolt hole won't line up

What's your opinions ? The carbon fibres between the two seem to have a slight different colour to them

Then decided to get rid of the fried egg, only took 10 minutes really easy mod to do

Now going to make a start on polishing the old plenum heard this take a long time so it's something I can do when the weathers bad and I can't work on the zed

Started putting the bolt kit in so here's how today ended up looking

Anyone know how you get the studs out that the engine cover/plenum sit on ? Is it just s case of two nuts and undo it ?

So I've got the stuff together to do a few minor mods, I know pretty much the direction I want to take the car in (i think) even though I don't really want to modify it being a GT4.

So there's a few things I've done which I haven't taken pics of ... Yet, but at the moment the cars in bits and I still need quite a few things before it's even near an acceptable level

At the moment I'm in the middle of fitting a reversing camera and fitting my carbon fibre plenum, I don't get paid much (being in the forces) so things are quite slow for big parts.

So far though parts purchased:

Carbon fibre engine cover (fitted)

Had a crack at the loom <got stuck so went to buster, he said I'd done better then everyone else just had to wire in 2 cables> damnit

Anyways he worked his magic for the steering wheel controls and done the buster mod

So the plenum:

Throttle body off ready to go to mopedmark in the morning along with my bonnet catch

Worried when I seen these two pipe and the CF plenum doesn't have them

Not to worry though I can do a throttle body coolant bypass

Here's it being test fitted

So problems I think I'm going to run into now:

- OEM strut brace won't fit anymore (suggestions?)

You got a build thread andybp ? Wouldn't mind having a nose, under 2k is impressive
