I know i'm in for a 'Told you so' session.... but has anyone actually got a suggestion for representation in Essex? The police biker was backed up into a hedge/ditch. He hopped out, walked/jogged to the central reservation to get a reading then quickly hopped back. And for all the peeps with 'reckless' comments.... I don't speed in areas where there are people, typically go slower than allowed and ensure that my car & driving is up to scratch. I'd only go faster where the increased risk had no effect on others. ie, no one else around. As we all know, our cars are stable up to and exceeding 160mph.

Ok here goes: Summer Evening, 8pm Weather - High sun, 19deg, Dry Visibility - Very Clear Road - 70mph Dual carriageway, pretty straight, nowt else on there, no turn on/off's Radar - LTI 20:20 tru Cam, 550m distance, Clocked speed - 129mph I know i'm going to get a ban. Just need someone to represent me so that its hopefully not for a year....

I went off for a nice down the Dual carriageway and got a bit carried away with speed. Fortunately a kind policeman out from behind a hedge and stood in the middle of the road with a speed gun to alert me to the idiots that often frequent the bushes and to slow down.... NIP arrived not soon after. Can anyone recommend a barrister/solicitor to for me in Chelmsford, Essex magistrates court? Many thanks

Hi again, 2nd item to go is: Jap-Speed K2 catback Exhaust (like this) http://www.japspeed....ust-system.html plus the Y-Pipe. (all in about £420ish new) Apparently it sounds like this: As you can tell by the pics it has been used, although not by me. I bought it to pop on my car as I wanted the engine to breathe a bit better and have a bit more sound but not go deaf on motorways etc. I've cleaned it up a bit, as you can see in the pic, but if anyone spent a bit longer than a TV ad break it should come up shiny again. There is rust on the hangers (nowt to worry about) and a bit of surface on the centre of the back box, elbow grease should sort that out. Baffles seem to be ok & it doesn't rattle when shook. The Y-Pipe flexi joints are holding pressure, however on the underside the external material covering has worn thin on one side & worn through on the other (If I were to keep i'd pop on some exhaust/manifold heat wrap for protection) This isn't going to be posted so collection welcome from near Colchester, Essex or I might be able to drive to meet you if you ask nicely This was destined for a DE car but I understand it fits the HR cars too..... If not, i'm sure this will be corrected by someone soon. Asking for the princely sum of £80.

Hi all, Same old story... Got unmolested car, got bits to 'molest it', got caught speeding, never going to fit them. 1st to go is: Motordyne Plenum Spacer 5/16 for a 03-05 VQ35DE (like this) www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/GB/350z_Motordyne_Basic_Plenum_Spacer/350MD516PS_.aspx Unused & almost shiny new apart from it has been 'dry' fitted so there's a teeny impression on the gasket, it wasn't tightened up and no gasket seal has been used. Unfortunately I don't have the gasket seal gunk stuff because my dog ate it RRP is £189 so bargain to be had... as I'm looking for £110 and that includes postage with a reliable 24h courier to UK mainland. Collection welcome for £105 near Colchester, Essex.

Oxalic acid is great for removing surface rust. Those little dots of rust, gone You tube how to use. costs pennies.

Hi, I have acquired a Japspeed catback exhaust from a 350z and want to pop it on a 350GT. By my understanding i need to get an extra link pipe to be able to fit.... its a 3" bore exhaust pipe if that helps?. Or... i need to have an extra bit welded on, any suggestions who can do this in the Colchester, Essex area? thanks

Fair point ... was looking into upgrading braking system in the new year and didn't really want to sink money into new discs as its just the one that's a tad warped.

One of my rear discs is warped Think its the left so after a used but not knackered disc.... The existing is drilled & Slotted... would be great to match in if poss? Just after the one ..... any-one got a rear Brembo size disc? Thanks in advance
