  1. Great vid thank you - Asym 3s on mine, seem to do everything and don't seem to wear at all at the moment..

Always ran AD08s until the Z, larger size and no interest in tracking this one so never deemed it necessary.

  2. I sent mine in to SGS to be regassed last year, just had none on it for a week or so. When you do that you realise how obscenely heavy the bootlid is!

Seem the same now as when they were first done, pops straight open, doesn't eat me anymore

    DE or HR?

Decats make these a fair bit louder but also give a lot more rasp. If that's not your thing make sure you have a resonated mid section and resonated/silenced decats

  4. You're yet to fit the most important upgrade to the 86/BRZ!!

Valenti Rear taillights - a work colleague owns a ginger 86, we fitted these a few months ago and it has completly changed the look of the car. They're stunning.

We've wrapped the horrible carbon look dash plastic in alcantara on his too to match the seats, brings the interior up a couple of notches!

We didn't fit the lower light to his, they also have sequential indicators like new VAG stuff

  5. It will have to be turbo, probably a hybrid setup too to cull the emissions and to compete with the drivability of others in the class. New Z4 for example.

I heard a rumour if there is to be one it'll be named 400Z.

The sector still seems to be doing ok so I imagine they will release it.

With the 86 now sitting just shy of £30k with any kind of spec you'd actually want to own, £40-45k seems about right for next Z. I feel the German offerings will be better at that price point..

  6. The L2D days are brilliant.

I did one two years ago and did just jump in and did everything they asked first attempt. Simulators really do teach you well it turns out... At the time I owned a DC2 and had never even driven a rwd.

Vid of my short circuit from that day.. I think I paid £59 for the morning session, so donuts, fig 8s and a couple of times through this course:
