Are the DS2500 pads going to be much better than the EBC yellowstuff? I may just go for the G6 discs and DS2500s for now

I'm thinking about going for: HEL braided lines RBF600 fluid (1 litre enough for a full bleed?) Yellowstuff pads Blackdiamond G6 discs all round This set up will be just about £500, this is the upper limit if I'm honest. What do you guys think?

Colour I went for in the end of 'shadow chrome' - it's like a graphite with a chrome lacquer, looks ace in person

I bought this lovely gunmetal 350z on a 55 plate with just 50k on the clock. I've tweaked it a bit but no big plans for it at all, just get in it and enjoy it. Although, I do love a bit of detailing...

I've read through your whole thread, some superb work put in here. I've recently acquired a Gunmetal 55 plate 350z. 50k miles. I'm getting the standard rays powdercoated shadow chrome next week, other than that it just has a scorpion exhaust and thats it. Such a fun car to drive. I had an EP3 Type R before this, done a few track days in that and it was great - I bet a 400+ bhp charged 350z would be HILARIOUS on track! In your opinion, what is the best value modification to do to a 350?

I'm getting my standard Rays powdercoated as they're showing their age, I'm thinking about black chrome, has anyone had this done? The car is gunmetal grey, wanted to know if anyone had a picture of theirs with black chrome Thanks

Update: Right hand muffler was fouling the axle, heated the brackets and bent it an inch, problem solved.

@gunny reed - Mine also starts to make the noise I mentioned generally only when the car has warmed up. My cars booked in on the 21st, I'll update once it's been looked at - if you could update this thread too that'd be great!

Hi, My 2005 350z has a Scorpion backbox fitted. It appears to be the cause for a metallic knocking/tinny sound from the rear of the car, it's definitely exhaust related. Has anyone else experiences issues with an aftermarket exhaust fouling the rear axle/frame of the car? The rear exhaust tip is only about 1 inch away from fouling, so I'm assuming it's this section that's causing the issue. Thanks, Alex.
