Any NGK rich?

Hi guys, gathering my equipment for a nitrous install, and the last thing to buy is one step colder plugs for my HR, I have read a few us sites but can not find an actual heat range or part number to use, some have even mentioned 370Z plugs, can anyone confirm what spark plug to use? Thanks

I would say it's a good price, it's what I was asking for mine, it's just there'd a limited market for standard parts! It's either accident damage or returning to stock and unless it's the same colour as their car then it can take a while!

No damage, was only taken off because of my v2 going on, would have no washer covers though if that's OK,I cut my new one for them

Sorry Rich, I recalled a name jez for some reason with horseshoe, since the previous message Tdi have asked me exactly what they want doing so I may be able to convince them with Abbeys parts and guidance to install and tune it

Looking for a competent nitrous installer preferably with uprev tuning capabilities near North Wales, willing to travel a little, spoken to Mark from abbey on some installation advice but didn't realise he's right by London! He will supply the parts required, just require an installer,(the kit would be keysers old system from Bennett) TDI north who uprevved my car, have ruled out installing nitrous, it's not something they do just to note.
