Just taking a punt before i go and buy 2 rear tyres.
Looking for 2 x 245/45/18 tyres, i dont want budget or ditch finders but would be happy with any decent brand preferably michelin or bridgestone. If part worn would need to have lots of mm tread and no damage.
Just had it plugged into reader by my mechanic p0300 & p0350, random misfire and ignition signal. So this is all getting sorted tomorrow along with MOT and service . Cheers for the help lads
I had a problem over the weekend and i think it could be my k1 exhaust, getting it check over by my mechanic this morning, but if it is the exhaust i wondered if anyone had a k1 system available. I know there not everyones cup of tea but i enjoy it.
Ill take it to my mechanic friend on monday anyway and use his reader but just wondered if anyone knows from the video what the code is, because its a jap import do you need a different code reader?

Update- just went outside and it now has EML slip and TCS light showing. I will do the peddle dance and video it and upload it as i am 168% sure i will read it wrong.
3 weeks, Ive worked offshore for 5 years so the car is left standing for 3 weeks at a time, when i come home i check all levels and let it run for a while before I drive it. I have only every had a problem with the battery as i left the interior light on. Im not really worried about the slight loss of power as it may have been the TCS but the constant spluttering sound from exhaust is completely different as it very very smooth on idle normally.
I came home from offshore last night and went out in the Z this morning. I turned off from a roundabout accelerated off and it felt like I had a loss of power for a second or so and then it was all normal.
Just now I went to go out again and whilst waiting for car to warm up the car was idling but it feels like there is a spluttering from the exhaust every 5/10 seconds, I kept the Zed ticking over for 15 minutes and it was still constant . I look after my Zed so I notice any noise changes or if things feel different and it didnt feel right. I never run it lowand always use the more expensive fuel like V-power. Any ideas what this could be?
In all honesty though you can buy a HR,DE,rev-up and it can blow up on the way home, all depends how well its been looked after. I have an 05 DE in ginger ands its been mechanical faultless in 3years, any Zed will put a smile on your face good luck
