The time has come for me to sell my beautiful Zed for something more practical. 2006, JDM, Metallic Black, 56K, Auto (Tiptronic), DE, Non Rev-up (Facelift Interior) Cheap Road Tax. 2 Previous Owners. FSH since purchasing Feb 2014 *Nismo Cat-Back (Currently has Milltec Y-pipe on car due to Nismo Flexies needing att.) Will include Nismo Y for complete system if anyone wants to get repair done. -Wasssooo Plenum Spacer -GT3 Alloys -Fujita cold air intake -RT Perf chargespeed rear bumper -Reverse Camera (Orig. on car) -Genuine Original Nissan Clear LED Tail Lights -Decats (Tarmac Sportz) Included in the price I have the following OEM Parts (all excellent cond.) if you want to put the car back to stock ~Exhaust + Cats ~Standard tail lights. Purchased when previously considering a trade-in ~Rear Bumper P2 Service on 18/10/2017. Plugs changed during last P3. Battery less than a year old. MOT 11 NOV 2018. (No advisories). Rear Tyres 6 months old. Very little use. Car has been treated undersealed Wax Oil. Bodywork is good, usual stone chips on front. Car is beautiful and has been well looked after. Kept in Garage. Reluctant sale but not using it as it was intended and need something more practical. When you hit the throttles, this barks. Gorgeous sound, Zero Rasp. However, if its not for you, then as stated above, I am including the orig. Cats. Vehicle has not been mapped. *Note. On commencement of each journey there is a slight creaking from what sounds like front of car. I haven’t looked into what this is but be aware when showing interest. Folks, I'm in the market for a new/second hand y-pipe for the zed. Anyone have info on whether a Milltek Y will marry up with a Nismo centre pipe? Looked everywhere for info on this and simply cant find the answer. - Thanks in advance

Based on the advice, which I appreciate - I think I will stick with Fujita as changing back to stock is not really going to give me any gains & only cost more money. Cheers all

Hi People, Not posted on here for a while & just looking for some advice on getting a 'little' more hp (apart from FI) from the Zed. I purchased a Fujita short ram induction system a while ago and although it sounds nice, its really giving me nothing performance wise. This has not come as a surprise but I do think I was getting more from my original OEM kit before I sold it. Perhaps panel filters are better? Anyway, I think its time for a change - just wondering what others are running on their cars?

*UPDATE* (for anyone else experiencing similar problem). If one of your cooling fans appears to be inoperative, it may be the motor etc but only ONE FAN on the zed should be operating when you have A/c switched on.

Afternoon all, Recently my car overheated while in traffic and I suspect it may be one of the fan motors. I am chatting to another member about purchasing a kit but wanted to know for definite whether BOTH fans should be running while A/c is operating? Sitting at idle with A/c switched on, only one of the fans is working, the drivers side. Thanks for any help. - James

I've contacted Clarks but thought I would post on here to see if anyone has anything used going? Assuming that both fans should be operating with A/c switched on, the pax side fan has packed up. Therefore I am looking for a motor or whole OEM assembly if anyone has anything available? Thanks in advance folks - James

Indeed. However I got it done today only to receive the dreaded engine management light after 10 mins of driving . Car started jumping/stuttering so I have just unplugged it until as I need car for work this week. Called EPR who said that likely a cable has come loose & to remove Batt earth and double check everything b4 starting again .. Hope this solves problem!

Afternoon People. Anyone give me a clue as to approx. how long it takes for someone who knows what they're doing to fit the D1 throttle controller ? ... General feedback seems to be that it is a 10 minuite job (involving no wire cutting etc ..) however, reading the intructions, I see no evidence of this - and having returned from a recent P3 at Japex, Ross informs me that it can be quite involved. Herein lies my question. How much labour time to get this done properly? Thanks for your time

What area are you in james, if your are north London I would say Ross at JAPEX or cougar because he just knows his way around these cars. I had no receipts with my car once purchased and said to Ross check all the usual suspect things. Your average garage will do all the checks fine but not as well as a specialist. Also do not go nissan unless you have money to burn and like a tick sheet that pulls apart your car. Based in Northants. It looks like Cougar (closest) doesn't include Coolant flush & Japex not the Diff oil in their P3's, but I have spoken to both and waiting for more info. Car has done 40K approx. Quick question tho: I have a Fujita Short Ram Air Intake & can't tell whether the cone filter needs replacing. It looks in great condition but its been on for about a year ( approx. 7K miles driving), is there any way of knowing if it needs replacing ? ta

I appreciate the feedback. However, surely by taking it to someone new, they are going to start from scratch with the car as opposed to parts that have already been checked in previous MOT. I'm not trying to cut corners but (a little like taking it to a stealer), isn't this like giving the dog some exercise and then letting him run around the back yard ?

Hi People, I bought my Zed with patchy service history just over a year ago from a trader. No info as to whether its had its P3 and at that time, I put it thru an engine service and the health of the car over the last year has been good. As of 6 months ago, no MOT advisories and the car is at 41,000miles. There is a garage local to me that has seen the car many times for various mods + MOT and I now want to book it in for a full service. I trust them and they know the car, but they are just a local..So im after some advice as to whether to use them as opposed to someone like Cougar Store who aren't far away and pay more for a P3?. Last MOT from my local garage may have covered some of the items included in a full service but then again this was 6 mths ago.. .. Just after some opinions please
