I was going to buy a set of new HSD DT's from DW this month but there's no stock until August...I was hoping on getting a set before a track day in early July.
Just wondered if anyone had anything - I would prefer something similar to the Dual Techs with inboard spring and similar spring rates too.
Thanks in advance
edit* DriftWorks shows stock for Jun but ive been informed these are taken with new stock arriving August

Thanks Raj, hope you're enjoying the new exhaust sound...
Oh yeahhh - i love it.
I wouldn't mind a little bit more volume from it though...

Just a quick one guys - can you please recommend a decent wheel cleaner?
Preferably something which i can use on the Rays but also chrome face/polished lipped wheels also...

Cool car - Looks great sideways
Whats your spec, in particular your suspension setup?
Your pics make me wanna pull my finger out and get back up to Pod Im just waiting on stock for a certain set of coilovers though first.

Im also interested in this as im going down the same route until i can get my hands on a decent 2-way. I have read stories about breaking driveshafts when running a welded diff but then some people say its fine.
My old s14a was fine and i ran that daily but not sure if using solid/poly diff mounts on the Z would put even more strain on shafts ontop of using a welded diff though

Hi love the pics of your old car
How does your 350 compare so far
Feels like a boat
The 14 had an pretty big list of upgrades so cant really compare to a stock Z...but that will soon change as i have list of things to buy to help firm up the Z - Don't get me wrong, the Z is very good as standard, but its deceptively quick whereas the 14 felt raw and aggressive.
I think the Z is a good move from an S14, just needs a few tweaks and i'll be happier
Plans for the Z include putting her on a small diet, upgrading various suspension items including coilovers. Probably wont bother trying to squeeze any more power out of her. Exhaust is a must though (already bought Berks HFCs)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys/girls.
Love your old Nissan and great drifting picture.
Hope you have just as much fun in your new Zed.
I think its gonna be an expensive year

Hi everyone
Just recently bought my Z. Spent nearly 6 months waiting for the right one to come along (it had to be blue) - seen loads along the way but finally settled on a completely standard Revup - i was looking for a pre-facelift for tax reasons lol
Anyways, finally here and i am very happy so far, although for me there is plenty of room for improvement and the Zeditus began before i even bought the car.
Dont have any current photos of the car but i can show you what i used to drive...
Owned this for the last 7years
And plan on using the Z for stuff like this
Cheers

Sorry to bump an old'ish topic - no point starting a new one cos someone will only link this
Is this the way to do it then?
Stevo - you say brake lights are disabled though...
Planning some drift days soon, so looking for the answers. Something that keeps the brake lights working too would be great
