  1. I see you are running 35 profile tyres on 18's but on the standard 18's the profile is 45. The question is how much it affects your MPH? Or is there next to no difference in MPH?

It's very marginal tbh... The speedo is about 3/4mph down on the GPS speed.

  2. Thanks for the kind comments people :) There's nothing suspension wise other than the springs, it does have camber but nothing OTT, although compared to some of my previous cars perhaps my view of nothing OTT camber wise is different to normal people lol.

Tyre size is 245/35/18 fronts and 265/35/18 rears.

I'll post up some more from the actual show...

  3. Am i the only one who doesnt see the point of making pictures look all old and faded as if they were taken back in the 1970`s and chopping them square?

The filters and stuff I never bother with, but as a simple thing to pass some time and look at inspiration etc, it's great!

  5. Didn't get any at Japfest as the stand I was on was a disaster and more muddy than a muddy thing covered in mud! So after getting back and removing the mud, cleaning the car underneath etc and re-detailing it I had some pictures taken... Here's my favourite!

  6. Definitely stick to the malls rather than the same as the next t shirt and towel gift shops! If you've never been before, pace yourself as there's a lot to do I've been 7 or 8 times and never get bored of it out there. If you get lost, make sure you stop at a 7-eleven or a branded fuel station not just stop and ask someone as there are some rough and dangerous areas in Florida but generally people are polite, friendly and the complete opposite to this country, maybe the weather has something to do with it lol.

Food wise I'd not bother with hotel food, food in almost any restaurant is cheap apart from the high end exotic places. Also make sure you drink plenty throughout the day as the heat can creep up on you. Food portions are also large, so you can save money on sharing one large portion for lunch. Also make sure you have a meal and some cake from the Cheesecake Factory and if you like or even if you don't, try the peanut butter chocolate deserts/bars you'll be hooked!

Oh and if it says your sitting in a splash zone, you WILL get wet lol. Even if you look old enough to drink, take some I.D with you when you go out as without it you may not get served.

YouTube videos of the rides is a good insight to what to expect and also check out the OVN (Orlando visitors network) site.

More importantly though, relax, take in as much as you can and I guarantee you'll be counting the days until you go back before your even home again!

  7. My renewal is coming up with Admiral but I did a quote through confused.com and there's three companies quoting me £360 31 years old with 2 years NCB. At least there's some perks to being over 30 lol.
