Hi mate was going through your thread of ripping out the car, just wanted to know how easy was it to remove the centre tunnel console? And did you have problems getting it over the handbrake?

Ok so I've been looking for a rear bumper for a while and after going japfest I've decided to go for the chargespeed. Now I need some help on where to source I know rt performance sell it but what is that quality like? And I've also seen Amazon sell it apparently oem. Has anyone had brought it off amazon?

Genuine copy from Amazon - a Thread somewhere on here about someone who bought one from Amazon, fitted fine and had the CS seal of approval init.

 

I bought mine of Amazon, it definitely did fit fine eventually.. as I'll explain below..

 

I messaged the guy who bought it off amazon but deleted the thread as my inbox was getting full. He said the bodyshop still had trouble with fitting it though...

 

Yea that was me, to be honest I think it was the bodyshop just trying to make excuses for why they hadn't finished the job sooner. Basically when they first began to fit it, they said it looked rough, so they were good enough to smoothen the rough edges etc.. Then one day they rang me saying they couldn't fit it, so I went over and tried myself and got it on first time with all the original mounts. So in hindsight, I wont be using that particular bodyshop again! However Since i managed to "fit" it for them, they finished the job, and it looks stunning. I haven't got a decent pic, will get one after I've cleaned the ol' girl!

It's been happening for a couple weeks now. Only hear it when increasing speed whilst driving. Well I've just had the cobra exhaust fitted about a month ago.

I was driving the other day down the m25 every time I applied the throttle I could hear some sort of hissing sound or like some air. Once I start putting my foot down it goes away it's only when first applying the gas. Just wanted to know if anyone else had the same issue

Is there an easy way removing the centre tunnel without having to remove handbrake??

I seem to be having the same problem, some times you get that deep growl other times sounds different. Let me know if you get to the bottom of it

Hey guys,

Looking to install some LED lights under the footwell. Before I start I was hoping someone could help with a guide or something. Basically I want the lights to come on/off when the door opens and close then I want a switch in the car to manually on and off the light.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated

Need abit of help don't no if anyone has had similar issues but when I start my car up I sometimes get a high pitch squealing noise from the engine. This is only sometimes though. Any help would be appreciated

As I said on the last three posts you created about fitting a Kenwood HU and amp and finding the speakers didn't work, it sounds to me like you need to take the car to an audio specialist, or have you now figured out the connection's and got it all working?[/i]

 

To achieve a decent audio set up in a car you really don't need more than a decent pair of front and rear speakers plus tweeters and a sub-woofer, and some would just advocate just two and a sub, quantity does not equal quality.

Hi Yeh I've got the whole car speakers and headunit working now was just a faulty lead. Looking to have four speakers on door card because the speakers behind the seat is bloody ear popping lol

Curious, anyone doing this must be into audio, and have previously of done this if you know you want 4 speakers/tweeters etc.

Surly you must know someone?
