hi dont no if you guys can help but when starting up my car it fires up fine then just looses power and then kicks back in. Its happened a couple times now and two of those occasions i've started the car up and its just stalled itself (and no it wasn't in gear lol)

any ideas of what it could be would be appreciated

Anyone know of a second hand centre console going for sale...need face lift one with cubby box

i take it your trying to fit wheels with the wrong PCD, not at all ideal, why not just buy some spacers with PCD conversion.

where can i get these from? and are they just like normal spacers?

Hammered a smaller socket on then going from the picture was it. Glad it's sorted either way.

Yeh hammered on a smaller socket, and finally came off with a couple tries!! Just need to replace the bolt now

Finally wheel lug if off!! Managed to get down to a tyre garage who were very helpful and got it off. Now time to order some new lug nuts

That does look Good! I was thinking of doing the same to my car but in gloss black. Would it just be cheaper to paint them instead of dipping ?

Yeh I would presume it would be cheaper but getting that rub material sanded down will be a pain

Hey guys thanks for the suggestions, gonna take it to a garage Saturday and see if they can spot weld it. In the mean time I will try the smaller socket option and see if that works

Ok so I put my original Ray's on the car while the other wheel went for refurb. Collected it yesterday and went to put it back on the car, but one of the lug nut ceased on the car. After going at it for a while I got frustrated and decided to take a drill to it to get it out..not the smartest idea I know! Now there is nothing left of the lug to grip hold onto and can't get it off. Can anyone help and suggest anywhere I might be able to take it to get it off

Parts have finally arrived this morning can't wait to open the box of goodies

Erm paid around £320 +vat for the the whole centre console

how durable is that finish?Easy to scratch etc...?Looks great by the way!! whats the cost if you don't mind sharing?

What base colour did they use for the dipping in case anyone else fancies the same.

Want to say a big thanks to eve and the team for getting my console dipped. Parts have now been finished and on there way back. Can't wait to get it installed, in the mean time here's a few teaser pics sent. I will post more pics up once parts are back.

Just changed my old battery which was one its way out. Replaced it with the Bosch s5.

On starting it up for the first time it was fine but after turning off then back on 15/20mins later the car starts then kinda powers out then the power comes up. It's like when you lift the clutch and about to stall it. That's the only way I can describe it. Anyone had similar issues and no what the problem could be??

IMO if you're going to go to the trouble of fitting seats in a car that they don't belong, I'd be getting a far better looking pair than R35's.

 

How much are a second hand pair anyway?
