You've got a lovely car there already, going to look even better with your new mods
-
Lovely car, welcome to the forums! What plans do you have for the car?
-
Lovely car mate, really like your wheels, they suit the grey very well
-
Does anyone know if this is the one I need if not using steering wheel controls?
-
I've decided not to bother with the steering wheel controls, so which ISO lead will I need to connect my HU (I have the 06+ Bose system)
-
Dayyuumm that sucks! If you don't want a full respray since you've only just had it done, why not use a touch up pen on it?
-
Wow that looks amazing. Always loved the look of white wheels on blue. I'm half tempted to remove my rear spoiler, looks nice and clean without
-
Wow so much want! How much would all this retail at!? Looks like a very cheap price

Was just browsing eBay and came across this Fli 12" Sub Enclosure:
Do you think this would fit in the gap between the seats and strut bar? I was considering building an enclosure myself around the strut bar but thought this may work. Has anyone tried this?
-
I love your car, always faniced a yellow 350Z or S2K. The colour really suits the car and the contrasting black looks fantastic mate

Love it mate, really deep shine. Are you going to be putting spacers on? makes a big difference.
Cheers bud! Umm can't decide, was going to get spacers for now but think I may just get some new rims pretty soon and if so I'll go wider then!
Wider rims would be better, I have spacers which make it look miles better but I don't trust them so tend not to take any risks
Yeah think I'll get some new rims, not overly keen on the Rays tbh, and if I did decide to keep them I'd have to refurb them to be happy

The setup is a bit different to my JVC unit but as long as you havr the cable to convert the two headunit wiring plugs from the car into the stereo itself then it should fire up fine. The wiring runs through the bose amp so a little tip is to turn off the speed sensitive volume via the old stereo before you change them (an irritation i now live with because the new headunit doesn't have the control for it). The steering control adapter is optional but if you don't fit it right away, mkae sure the wire from the car for it (blue and labelled iirc) is accessible near the air con module to save takin the console out fully when you come to do it. If your headunit has a usb plug on the back like mine, you can run it under the gear gator to the centre box (hassle but worth it imo). Last thing, check the antenna connection on the stereo, you might need a cheap eee plug converter (had to do this on other cars over the years). Otherwise everythin should be roses if the site links the unit to the accessories
Cheers guys! So essentially I could fit the HU out of the box without anything else to begin with, and add the steering wheel functionality at a later date? Also is the double din fascia required?

I've just bought a new headunit for my Zed. Do I need everything listed on this site to install it including the facia? I've got a 2006 350Z GT with Bose and am looking to fit a Pioneer AVH-2400BT

Thanks!

Looks great buddy! Good to see you've got your splitter sorted, I'm fitting mine later today

Cheers, still £14 posted though, maybe I'm being a TA

Hi guys,
I have an aftermarket Razo gearknob and it has no sticker with it to show the gear pattern. Does anyone know where I can get a Razo one or another decent one that isn't too pricey? Or any graphics guys be able to make them to buy?
This looks nice...
Cheers!

Wow yours looks amazing Stu! Seriously tempted to do this

I've just taken off all the trim around my rear strut brace cover, taken it off, sanded it down and primed it, going black (previous owner done it black, but it was fairly scratched up) with a red Z on it. Z was easy to get off with the Dremel.
Probably going with red accent throughout... I said blue in another post yesterday, but changed my mind at Halfords
Love to see pics once you're done! Mine is pretty scratched up too, might paint it to give it a tidy up if its an easy enough job!

in terms of fitting, is it a DIY job or is it a take to a bodyshop and have properly fitted. I am after a black one of these. Would it need to be properly sprayed black or is it already?I know it sounds like a stupid question since its black in the photo.
I'd say it looks pretty easy to do but haven't attempted it yet. I read somewhere its a good idea to jack up the front of the car to make things easier and you have to remove the OEM spiltter on the front. Then you've just got a few brackets and screws to secure it.
It's black plastic unpainted but looks nice and shiny and would be fine to leave as it is, that was my plan.

Here I have a Nismo style PU Front Splitter for sale. I am only selling it as I stupidly purchased it without checking it would fit my '56 reg 350z. This is for pre-facelift zeds (pre 2006) only. It hasn't been fitted as it wouldn't fit anyway, so is in new condition.
I would like £100 inc postage for this. Fitting kit is included and unopened.
Thanks!

No probs you had a bargain ! Lol least I'm happy to give a zeder on here a good deal !

Looks lovely, really liking the yellow calipers. You need to lower your car though haha
