  1. Great trick I have done recently is buy vouchers for places I know I'm gonna spend. If your gonna be buying a new TV buy the value in vouchers and then you get the money off fuel too.

I did it NEXT as we are buying lots of house stuff.

Quite obvious really but some may not know.

Do you mean vouchers as in gift cards you can buy instore?

  2. Must be the cold

Sorry couldn't resist that comment as I'm constantly using that right now. Must be the temperature change, your nut was hot ( oo-err ;) ) and then when you sprayed with the cold water it cracked. The new pads probably heated up your wheels.

  3. I can appreciate the work that has gone into those, but the stretch tyre / stupid camber look just isn't my thing. It just ruins what would otherwise be quite cool cars. :yuck:

Can see where you're coming from, some just look dumb. I love the orange one though. I want that kit on my car but would keep my wheels, would look perfect :D

  4. The V8 wheels are nice

Yeah they're alright, I'd still "need" to change them though

Problem is, I don't know about American, none of our wheels would work

Cosmis doesn't work but you still have them ;)

    Arsehole

Haha! Does it really matter if you use American wheels on it? I know they have to be able to fit but I'd still want to be putting JDM wheels on my Stang lol.

  5. I wonder how much the Shelby version will be? Got to figure £50k, but over 600bhp and supercharged it would be quite a machine for the cash!

looks to be £26,500 on top of the base car

Nah, they've gone like for like between USD and GBP for the pricing of the car ($32K vs £33K), so you can expect that Shelby to cost £40K on top of the base car. £73K is a LOT of money for a Ford. That or a GT-R? No contest, you're going to take the Nissan all day long.

Is the 70k car the gt350r though ?

But then people could say the same for Nissan. There will be people who would pay that kind of money for the Shelby, depends what you prefer I guess (I'd rather a GT-R though).
