  1. I'm not saying there's no interest, it's just screen printing only starts to pay for its-self after 50+ orders and I don't want to over-estimate the market..this is just a sideline thing I started on an S2000 t-shirt and to this date I've yet to make a profit.
  2. Screen printing is an option but it is a bit of a risk, as you can see there's not huge interest here anyway. I have created a value option, on a standard quality t-shirt, with no side branding insignia and next to no commission on it. This is as cheap as I can make them! £17.10 http://dcly.spreadshirt.co.uk/ Cheers Dan
  3. Yeah spreadshirt advertise amazing prices (which is why I went there in the first place) but then once you include front and back designs, and the extra charge for both of those being your own uploaded design (therefore custom plotter setup etc.) and finally add the premium t-shirt surcharge you end up at about 22 quid per t-shirt.
  4. I thought cams weren't possible on the 370s VVEL system and even if they were the system is so good they wouldn't provide much gain anyway. Bear in mind the Ferrari Developed V8 4.2 in a Maserati GranTurismo only puts out 399hp, so 350hp from a 3.7 V6 developed by Nissan is still quite impressive. Obviously 370 would be the ultimate target though!
  5. Hi! I've seen that Almera (or one very similar) at Crail. Sadly my PB is 15 seconds in a Saab 9-3 haha. Where about are you? Love the wheels.
  6. For those who mentioned the price on the other thread, I can't stress enough that these are VERY high quality t-shirts, comparable to fashion t-shirts, Superdry etc. These aren't supposed to be just a wear-once novelty t-shirt, they will last a very long time. I realise that the price is quite high but as I mentioned I am only making a very small profit, which is to cover the Traders Fee and other minor costs, and these t-shirts are not even comparable to 10 quid ebay t-shirts quality-wise. /Rant over Cheers Dan
  7. Are there any obvious marks on it/scratches? Cheers Dan
  8. Hi Everyone, My name is Dan and I am a graphic designer. I recently bought a 370z GT and designed a t-shirt to have printed with the car on it. I thought that some people on here might be interested so I have set up a couple different variations. I don’t make huge profit on these, they are high quality t-shirts with high-quality fashion-grade flex print material (that makes up the artwork) and that’s where the money goes (and towards the trader fee). On the site you can choose any colour of t-shirt and either a black or white graphic. The t-shirt has a front and back design (the front and back of the car) and a small logo on the sleeve. Here are the designs: 350z 370z VALUE OPTION ADDED | £17.10 Link to the online shop: http://dcly.spreadshirt.co.uk/ There are some other designs on there that may increase over time, all the artwork is hand-drawn by myself not copied/borrowed from other sources, and if anyone has a custom request I will do my best (e.g. interest in a convertible version) Any questions let me know! Cheers Dan
  9. Living in Rosemount atm, but I will probably be back in Bridge of Don in summer.
  10. Hi all, I've just recently bought a 370z and I'm a graphic designer. So I have designed a t-shirt with the outline design of the 370z on it. I have a small t-shirt web store that I created to sell S2000 t-shirts after getting one made for my girlfriend. Here are the designs: Back and Front I can't really post a pic of my username next to one because mine hasn't arrived yet, however I have an S2000 t-shirt, which I have taken a photo of: and you can have a look at my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/dclytshirts And the link to the white design (you can have any colour t-shirt): http://dcly.spreadsh...tomize/color/39 and the black design (likewise t-shirt can be any colour): http://dcly.spreadsh...tomize/color/39 and finally the link to the web store (I have a few other t-shirts): http://dcly.spreadshirt.co.uk/ If anyone has any questions, fire away! Cheers Dan
  11. Yeah, I wouldn't normally worry about that kind of stuff but I just got 3 points, so I need to be careful with that kind of thing.
  12. Looks good what size font is that 3/4? I'm not going to use a smaller font I don't think just because I don't want the hassle of the fine etc.
  13. Is that an s-tune replica or the real deal? Will look awesome, I love the s-tune kit and I'm between that and the amuse, but finding a reasonable rep over here is tough. And yeah if you could speak to the guy that would be perfect as I'm planning to do this ASAP (I park on street and as you'll know visibility is extremely poor, but mostly its just a gadget that I really want to have ) How much work was the install, the trim I'm not too woried about as I've done several audio installs before, its taking apart the dashboard I'm worried about?
  14. Oh well, fingers crossed! What did you use for the rear view camera, did you get the loom from one of the guys on here and then just get an ebay camera?
  15. Yeah that would be awesome, I'd love to hear it in person. What was your bumper like behind the front plate bracket? I'm worried mine will have rubbed and the short plate will reveal marks. I've ordered a US front number plate holder for my shortened plate to go on so I hope its ok, cost £60!
  16. I meant to say as well that I've heard mixed opinions on Wallaces dyno. My Saab had a map on it quoted at 210bhp and it got 223bhp on the rollers, another guy with a wee Fiesta Zetec S (supposed to have 120ish) only got 101. So it seems to vary.
  17. Awesome looking car mate, headlights look fantastic, and the short plate really neatens up the front. A fellow Aberdonian, I just picked up my Z from Newcastle, it seems we have similar taste I'm considering the miltek non-res but I'm worried it'll be a little too quiet for my taste. Dan
  18. Has anyone done just a back box delete, I don't want MOT issues, but the standard noise leaves a little to be desired (my last car was a 9-3SS with a full 3" stainless system) Any ideas how loud that would be, I can't find much on youtube.
  19. @jordan, I was hoping not to need to fill any exposed holes though. I don't really mind the standard mount point I just want a shorter holder. @zamanalex how much posted to Aberdeen Scotland?
  20. Hi, Just wondered if anyone has done this or considered it. I have a private plate which is only 5 characters long, so I would like to have a shorter plate, so to make it look nice and clean and neat, I am going to try to get my hands on an American front number plate bracket which is shorter than the UK one. I can get one from a US seller for 60 quid all in (posted), but I just wondered if anyone knows if you can get them here. US plate holder: Cheers Dan
  21. Look forward to maybe seeing your Zed parked there as it's a great photo location. Hopefully, although access to it is down a narrow steep road, so I'll wait until fairer weather As requested... Hello, are there many of us up here, you don't see too may 370s or 350s about? Awesome, I wish I could have kept my Saab as a daily driver but I needed the extra cash to get a 2010 model so I could get the better sat nav system.
  22. Thanks everyone, there's clearly a lot more activity on here than the Saab forum The first pic was taken at Cove Bay harbour here in Aberdeen (Scotland)
  23. Hi everyone, I have put down a deposit on a 2010 60-plate 370z GT with Connect Premium As long as everything goes well I should have it on Sunday. The colour is darker than universal silver, I'm not sure what the exact name is, could be Platinum Graphite? I haven't seen the car in the flesh yet but I'll get pictures up as soon as I get it. My plans are: 25mm Hubcentric Spacers Some kind of uprated filters, k&n typhoon kit? Illuminated kick panels (if it doesn't have them) LED Number plate bulbs Amber front sidelights (I hate the two shades of white thing, and LEDs never match) Cheap reversing camera, hopefully using Paul_S's loom Wheels powder coated anthracite Possibly paint the headlight insides anthracite/black too Elef LED indicator bulbs front and rear (bit of a lecky/led geek) Later on: H&R Springs Exhaust (maybe variable volume powerflow are looking for a demo/test car) Uprev tune Then depending on how the Bose system sounds I've got a whole bunch of audio stuff that I took out of my old car. My old car: Saab 9-3SS Maptun 270bhp 400nm Anyhoo, I'll probably be relying on some experienced guys and gals, and likewise if I do anything different I'll post up my workings for all to see. Cheers Dan
