Cheeky bit of "Outsiders" I spot there Car looks ace dude Haha, can't go wrong with some Outsiders whilst driving along now and again... Thanks man! Haha, not fully, but I do want to learn, looking at getting a little BMW to mess around with properly, the 350Z is too nice!! Oh really?! The more the merrier! Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk Thanks Ian, gas struts really make a difference! Thanks man, much appreciated!
  8. A few cheeky updates over this weekend to keep you up-to-date. Over the last couple of months I've been in communication with Nissan about finding out what number of 176 my 350Z GT4 was, after finding out 87 was the magic number we went about trying to get a new plaque to replace the old one. Well, finally, it all got sorted out, and here it is! As well as fitting my new 87/176 GT4 Plaque I have spent this weekend fitting my new Carbon Fibre Gas Struts for the bonnet, really do look smart!
  9. Received on Saturday and fitted yesterday! They look great! Thanks very much Ian!
  10. Delivered this morning Keiran. I'll send you a PM later with details Perfect! Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Any news on your next batch coming in Ian? Fingers crossed it's soon! Let me know, thanks, Keiran. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I should have another few sets arriving soon (hopefully this week), I can put your name on a set if you like? Yes please, put me down on your next list please! I'd love a set!
  13. Thanks guys! Yellow and Black, can't go wrong you're right. Simple but effective I thought. Not really tested the Skyline yet, but a cheeky little trip and I was quite happily keeping up. He's got big plans for it though so I can imagine he'll be out running me soon enough!
  14. Newest update: So my next update was a little bit bigger! I went for a new Front Splitter and Rear Diffuser from RT Performance. They we really helpful and managed to get the parts delivered very quickly. I then found a local body shop to paint them in a Gloss Black finish and fit the parts to the 350. The results, I'm very happy with the car looks so much more aggressive and really is starting to take shape on how I want it to look. Thoughts and opinions welcome! Splitter Diffuser And to match all the new gloss black body parts, I removed the door handles and had them sprayed gloss black too.
  15. bought it in the end i was in que if you didnt haha Haha, well I couldn't resist! Can't wait! Roll on show season! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Thanks very much man! Hopefully it'll be fitted soon! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Again, thanks for all the comments really appreciate it. So I have had the car for about 2 months now, and have started to get a few things changed over to how I wanted them to be. First things first, I wanted to make it my car with my previous plates from my old car, as well as this I added gloss black badges instead of the chrome ones which were on there, 100 times better!! (Cheeky angle showing my mates R34 GTT too) I have also changed the stock Bose one with my Sony Touchscreen Double-Din. Looks smart and sits nicely in place: More updates to come pretty soon!
  18. Thanks for all the positive comments guys, really appreciate it. It's tough trying to do anything to it in this weather and as it is my daily too, I can't have it out of action for too long at any one point, however, a few little things, and a couple of slightly bigger things are changing soon! Watch this space!
  19. Hi Guys, Bought mine back in January, mine is No: 87 of 176 and is UY. Mods so far none. But I do have plans for it. This is how it was when I bought it.
  20. Haha, I know, pretty happy with it! I don't think so no, it's a little more sophisticated for a track toy! Glad you like it! Ahh yes I have heard this, very happy with it, I did email Nissan back about the plaque getting a new one made, fingers crossed they can help me out.
  21. Hi there, So I've posted on a few feeds and have been online for a couple of months now, thought it would be a good time to start the project thread. I bought the 2005 Nissan 350Z GT4 in Ultra-Yellow in January 2014 with 68,000 miles on the clock. As soon as I test drove the car back in December I knew I would have to go back and make the purchase. The ride, the power, the noise, and the colour all were massive selling points. After a quick clean and a cheeky stubby ariel purchase, me and a fellow Jap-car enthusiast took the cars out for a few snaps. Here you can see the car as I got it, pretty much stock, the only thing I believe that has changed since production is the alloys have been painted black, they will need a refurb at some point in the future. Other plans for the future include: Private Plates (From Previous Car), Small lighting adjustments, Engine bay, cleaned and tidied up, Double din head unit, Front Splitter, Rear Diffuser, Rear Wing. Then who knows, Suspension, spacers, wheels, exhaust? Here are some shots of the car before the project starts: I look forward to getting to know you guys better, and learning more about the 350Z and sharing ideas and suggestions with everyone. Comments are more than welcome! Thanks, Keiran.
  22. **** GOOD NEWS **** Firstly thanks for all the positive comments on the car! Secondly, I received an email from Nissan Services GB this morning confirming that my 350Z GT4 is number.... 87!!! Very happy that I now know this information, big thank you to everyone who helped and gave me contact links to follow up on! it is all much appreciated. Now I know this information the build thread can begin! Keiran.
  23. So to keep everyone updated! I think I've spoken to half of all Nissan staff in the UK, no-one seems to know how to find out. However after speak to Ken and calling up a few more numbers I've left my VIN number with them and they are going to get back to me in the next week or so! Hopefully I'll crack what number it is! In the mean time, the build thread will start soon. Few little things, a few big things! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
