I've had my 313 roadster for 2 weeks now. And wondering if people do weekly/monthly checks to keep it well maintained? If so what check do you do! I would guess at oil, screenwash , tyres. Anything else I can do to keep the car happy I will of course be having the car serviced annually at Nissan!

When I engage the clutch as I'm pulling it out there's a slight noise and if Im setting of slow it'll slightly rattle. As soon as I'm off its fine. Like I said its not every time.

Yea its not loud at all. Its just a slight clatter when changing and setting off. Its not every time and its fine when driving.

Can't work out if its coming from the exhaust or somewhere else.

Its actually when I'm engaging first! As the clutch is being engaged.

Is it normal to have a slight clattering noise when pulling off in first? Sounds like a gear rattling! I hoping its normal?

Just bought mine but will be doing a 20 mile round trip daily and some blasts at the weekend around the Cornish roads :-D

Ohh quick update. Bought my zed. Got a 57plate 313 roadster with 24k. Fnsh and in mint condition for 10k. Been driving it a week and loved every second! Thanks for all your help

Ohh as far a keeping the roof well lubed, what and where should I apply the spray? I'm assuming it would be some kind of silicone spray? Also to keep the hood in good condition is there a good spray you can apply?

Yea dam right! Nice crisp morning (like today) its great! Makes the drive to work bareable! (If the roof worked) haha well I guess I'll stop panicking for a sec!

Hi Steve. Its when I am opening the roof and yes its at the final stages! Just before the last bit flips over the top! Yes its been 3 and 4 degrees when the problems have happened! So I don't need to panic just yet, but warm the car up?

I've noticed that a couple of times now my roof will stop retracting in the last stage on the process! I close it and do it again and its fine, just kind of clicked back into place! Just Spoken to the Nissan lady and she said that's quite common and nothing to worry about! Anyone else had this?

Is there anyone in Cornwall that owns a zed? If so where do you go for servicing etc? It seems my only choice is a main dealer?

I remember in my old astra I could heat up the plastic and it would come back. Its like a memo foam. its not come out over night but looks a bit better!

thats disappointing well its was quite blunt, so im hoping it will spring out! not point in replacing a door panel as it will probably happen again! lol this sounds like it could be a common problem?

Has anyone had any trouble with the seatbelt denting the inside door card! Just noticed it on mine! I'm hoping it'll spring back out :/

Hi guys. I've just bought my new zed. I had an aa inspection and they picked up on the fact the steering oil was below min. Does anyone know if it need anything special in here? If so what kind of oil?
