hr has a problem with some seals that are behind the timing chaine cover , they have paper gaskets that fail, could be that yours are just starting to flow oil when it's hot and thin?

Has anyone had the oil seals
replaced behind the timing chain that cause the low oil pressure if so what sort of money am I looking at to have them done?

Had this with mine when I first got it, had cheep rears and pilot sports up front, very scary, put pilot sports on the rear and you would swear it was a different car the way it cornered in the wet.
just in stalled the AEM INLET system on to my otherwise standard HR. I have to say it was more involved than I thought ( took about 2 1/2 hrs) but went smoothly and the induction roar sound ace!
Im new to the z and after several months with it i am starting to push the bounderies a little. I have noticed when the rears spin up im getin axal tramp, is this normal or is it a sign the rear shocks are buggered. I was supprised how soft the rear feels having come from a BMW 3 series.

I'm wanting to install a radar detector and not use the cig plug but to do a permanent installation with it up by the interior mirror and figured I may be able to pick up switched supply from the interior light. Is this a goer or is the light permanently live.
