Different strokes for different folks, throttle bodies suit our application and engine spec, boosting is easy, buy bits from America and bolt them on, tried and tested!
I’d steer clear of the ebay ITB’s they are a rather inferior rip off of the Jenvey design.
As for cast pathfinder covers, been there done that! They were only made for 2 years for the American market and are now as rear as hens teeth, even hard work getting them off the shelf as they have been replaced by the plastic ones.
It’s also worth noting that the coil packs are different for these and the breathers are in different locations, so not an easy swap at all, hence our investment in casting replacements.
All this talk of hard work setting up itb's is a little perplexing, guess it’s down to knowing the right people for the job!
