  1. Order placed, delivery date for the matte black already moved to end of September...

    Delivery 1

    Dispatches: 6-8 business days

Delivery: 27 Sep - 29 Sep by Standard Shipping

Jet black is now at 4-6 weeks shipping period.

Shipping times are going up at a very fast pace

Got my order confirmation at 8:04 for jet black shipping time 1 to 2 weeks, delivery est 26 sept to 3rd October

  2. First wife proposed to me, didn't like the in laws anyway so wasn't bothered about their blessing tbh

Current Mrs, father in law seemed to me like he was a very old fashioned man so it seemed the right thing to do, just took him to one side in the pub and quietly asked for his blessing, obviously got it :teeth:

Don't really think it's necessary but some people like to ask, go with the flow, if it feels right go for it ;)

  3. Is anyone preordering tomorrow at 8:01

    I can't wait, I think I'm going for a jet black 128gb plus

Only justification needed I really really want it, I do agree it's quite possibly over priced and I probably won't use it to its fullest extent but I really want it so I'm in :yahoo:

  4. I'm definitely looking forward to the new iPhone unveiling, I may be in the minority on here but I can't wait to get caught up in the whole pre order countdown, I'm still happy with my apple watches though so even if there's a watch 2 I'm in no rush for that. Looking forward to ios10 and the new watch os :)

  5. I used tiger seal & a couple of concealed self tapping screws when I fitted my front lip

Number plate tape and self tapping screws on my side diffusers

Not sure about your spoiler but the one I had used the same bolt holes as the oem spoiler and I also used number plate tape

Charge speed rear - no idea, never fitted one but I'm sure someone will be along soon

  6. I've always got decent quotes from go compare, compare the market etc, usually weigh up the pros and cons excess etc and go for the best one, guess I've been fortunate, but then again I am quite old ;)

  7. Having just been payed out nearly 24k on my total loss claim I'd say it's worth being honest I could of saved 100 quid and lost 24k I'd say that's false economy

My sentiments exactly - honesty and a small premium is a small price to ensure you can claim in the event of an unfortunate incident

  8. I've always declared any mods with negligible difference to insurance price, I believe honesty is the best policy as you never know when you may need to claim as I once did when a hit and run (stolen car) went into the rear corner of my parked car damaging the bodywork and wrecking one of my very expensive aftermarket alloys which the insurance would not have paid out for had I not added them to my policy.

However I'd just like to add this being an open forum I doubt anyone would admit to being dishonest about insurance unless they were a bit on the thick side ;)

  9. ^^^ interesting insight into how perceptions have changed which I completely agree with, it does now seem to be the 'norm' to see lots of full sleeves etc. When I was a kid (many years ago) my first experience of 'proper tattoos' was when my family got their first video player, you know the ones with the big buttons on the front and top loading cassettes, I think I would have been about 10 or 11 at the time, anyway I remember we were watching a movie and I saw what turned out to be yakuza sporting full body tattoos, I'd never seen anything like it before and was completely amazed and decided there and then that when I was older that was what I wanted and have since my teen years been working toward a full body suit tattoo, I've made a couple of mistakes along the way but I'm currently working to correct these (laser removal) so hopefully in over the next couple of years I can finally achieve my childhood dream. :)

  10. The laser sessions leave me feeling quite drained but the thought of getting started on my new design/cover up keeps me going, even though it hurts like hell I manage to get half of my head lasered each session, I'll be doing the other half next week then have to wait six weeks before I can have that area lasered again so it's quite a long process.

  11. Crazy MF. I have had laser on my wrist and upper arm and it wasn't nice. Can't imagine what it's like on your heed!

It really hurts  fortunately the sessions are over fairly quick but it's very intense during.

Good news though the laser seems to be working well, as you can see in the pic the ink is breaking down quite well so hopefully not too long before it's faded enough to cover :)

  12. Just had another laser session on my head, managed to cover half of my head with the laser at a higher setting. Intense and extreme are probably fitting descriptions for the pain, booked in to do the other half next week hopefully be seeing some results soon and then I can get on with the much more enjoyable experience of getting it re covered :)
