  1. Thinking I need a new Battery, Clutch and DMF after reading some posts today :(

  2. I've had my Z for 6 months using 97/99 Octane Petrol I get 19mpg 'City' driving, and with Cruise control on motorway around 60-70 it was 34mpg. And my 'City' driving is sitting at every god damn traffic light I come across and giving it a jolly good blast now and again it if I get a clearing (because it makes me happy). I would say getting that push bike is a very good idea, that's what i've done for work as it's about a 3 mile journey with 27 traffic lights in my way.
  3. Thanks for your help everyone. It was the code for the Aftermarket unit that was needed.
  4. So ignore Nissan main dealer and look through manual of aftermarket radio, sweet. Thank you everyone. Just hope there's a manual for the radio when I get home. I bought it with it already installed...
  5. Aftermarket http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00BJ0VGX0/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Kenwood 7 inch Wide VGA Multimedia System with USB/CD/DVD Receiver and Built-In Bluetooth
  6. Well one afternoon the car wouldn't turn over. And I put it down to the battery because the next morning all my clock and dash display reset e.i. average miles per gallon. But since that issue my radio is asking for a code. I read about the ECU being automatically paired but its most certainly asking for a code now. Couldn't find out much through google searches.
  7. Anyone know where to find the Radio Code for 350z 2003 model? If you're thinking it's in the manual, say what section or page i've already looked at all the contents and cannot find it. If you're thinking it's a seperate code attached to a card, then that wasn't with the car when I bought it last year it's been lost And if you're thinking call the dealer, they said £10 admin charge for the Cardiff garage. So i'm paying £10 unless one of you amazing people can help me.
  8. I work for an insurance company. Problem is that every company is private and they are all against eachother. Some companys will give you all the NCB you've built up, and some will only give 5 or 6 years NCB. It's to make you stay with the same company. Ask for Aviva to provide proof that you came to them with xx years NCB and your new company might be able to at least take it up from there so you don't loose out on so much. Be careful aswell, some companies are sister companys of the one you just left so they might say the same thing. You should really check with your new insurance if they Cap your NCB. EDIT: As far as I know to date, Privilege do not cap NCB. So what ever you leave them with they'll give you. Still best call them and get it verbally recorded on your policy to cover yourself ;]
