A sad day great that they got her flying for a few years though. And what a sound!

As above, new or used considered - no damage. Can also collect if local to the West Midlands.
David
Check ebay for the cf cooling panel. Plenty to choose from
+1
I got this one, great bit of kit:

I got this one also but just watch as I had to pay import tax...seems some people have gotten away with paying it though.
Oh really? I don't remember having to :/

Can't you just buy new nipples?
Yea I could but I'm told it'd be quite a labour intensive task to sort them and I'd be car-less while it was sorted. But if I had another set I wouldn't need to, plus I want to paint them anyway so might as well do that while I have some.

To clarify, you mean these?
Surely you just screw them out and pop new ones in followed by bleeding the system? 30 minutes would do it.
I'd have thought so too with my limited knowledge of such things but according to Mitz it'd be more complicated than that

Hi all,
Mitz had my Zed in today for new brakes and it turns out my nipples are corroding!
So I'm after a full set of Brembo callipers if there are any going please

Massive thank you to Mitz and his crew at Cougar Store. Zed went in for a P3 service, new belts, new brake discs and pads. Fantastic service as always even when she was being a PITA! Cheers

Ogman would you be willing to split and sell just the callipers?

I'm pretty sure the JDM and UKDM clusters are identical if thats what you are asking?
JDMs don't have fog lamps as they're not a legal requirement in Japan. Mine had some aftermarket one fitted on import to the UK

A word of warning on the Evo-R ones, mine sat quite high and was in contact with the bonnet when shut. A few miles of driving. It knowing this meant it rubbed and scratched it. I have a DE style bonnet so not sure if this is only designed for HR or not
Thanks for the heads up, it was late last night when I posted, forgot to say this is for the 350Gt Skyline, but same DE engine and mounting point . Now I've seen your pics I'll make sure it's got clearance.

Wish I'd known before I got it shipped over Rare JDM for me I think!

I would have been gutted too, I think the Rare JDM is polished as opposed to burnt titanium, both look good though.
I may just keep an eye out for a used one if there's a chance of it rubbing on bonnet.
Yep it's polished, but Mopedmark did me a polished bonnet catch, so I'm thinking one of his plenums would look ace with the rare JDM plus the bracket seems to be shorter than the EVO-R, so hopefully it sits lower!

The car runs better because of cold air being burnt. Cold air is denser. So more air or oxygen in the cylinder means a bigger bang. All that other stuff you listed will make the engine cooler but none of that is really anything to do with the combustion.
I could be wrong. A lot of smart guys on here and they will probably tell you I am wrong.
Correct

Coupé has more space in the back as half the boot isn't taken up with roof!
As for service costs, mine's in for a P3 service at the weekend which will probably be around £350

Just stuck with Eagle F1s all year. They're advertised as summer tyres but never had any problem in the cold/wet

Guy in my work claimed he got a 130mph car chase (in an old vectra) from the cops on a country road coming to work one morning.
He eventually pulled over (as he was getting bored).
When the cops approached the car they said " You should apply for the traffic cops the way you drive, you'd be perfect for the job"
Yeah , Yeah replied Davie I'm going to be late for work he said, so they gave him a police escort all the way there.
He's got a new story every time you meet him, I just agree and look amazed, he thinks i believe him.
He said last week his mate and him went to Vegas and his mate won £200.000 and offered to split it with him, but Dave declined as "that's just the way i roll"
Guy's a complete Banger.
lol
I have read this three times now and each time I still laugh out loud - whatever you do don't dent this guys enthusiasm for talking horses crap it must be brilliant entertainment.
I was pulled by the police once, I had been speeding but because they were up my backside with bright headlights on. I didnt realise they were cops until they pulled me over. They did actually ask me if I'd been on an advanced driving course as they struggled to catch up lol.
They also breath tested me, and they said I'd broken the machine which I thought meant I'd failed the test. But they said it had been playing up all night.
Then they sent me on my way and after about 2 hours my heart rate returned to normal.
Cop: "Sir do you know why I pulled you over?"
Driver: "Because I let you"

DE has more torque if that matters!
Horsepower sells cars, torque wins races
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
In that case then we best all be buying tdi's then !!
Or Dodge Vipers lol
