  1. I would like to be able to carry 4 18" rays wheels with tyres with the 350.. the only way I can see myself doing so is with a roofrack type setup. Any suggestions or have I gone full retard?

    Camber

Basicly im getting very uneven wear on my tyres. Front and rear. The very inside edge (about an inch or so) especially. Im running 25 front 30mm back spacers on et30 wheels and I have a slight stretch on the tyre. 225/45 on a 9J rim. If anyone can give me another reason why my tyre wear is like that then I am all ears. On a side note I did do some drifting (about 3 laps of a large track) on said tyres so i'm not sure if it was just that that wiped off that inner edge as the car is squatting quite a bit when sideways. If that makes sense?

    Camber

Not sure if this is the correct section but I'd like to adjust the camber on my Z (actually reduce it a little). I don't have any aftermarket arms or coilovers. So is it possible? If so.. How? Or do I need to buy arms?
  11. Sorry. Mods can you close or change this thread. I have found a cheaper set somewhere else so I am pulling out of my own group buy. I'm sorry. Smokeyjoe
  12. This may be retarded, but is your interior/sat nav bit standard for the facelift models? I much prefer it to my 05 model.
  13. ^ Awesome, this is all news to me so I now feel very comfortable driving this around. Ive done about 2-3000 miles on them no issues, A couple laps of a track completly sideways and a few bits here and there on track 'grip' driving too. Haven't hit any potholes yet so il just have to wait and see. I cant complain with free tbh. I had 18" rotas on my RX7 and never had issues with them either. I will update once they stop being round.
  14. Thanks for all the comments. I bought this car thinking I was going to make it all Drifty but I'm now going to try and stick to reasonably OEM/ race. The wheels are Wolfrace JDM wheels. 18x9 et 30 I think. I actually won them in a Facebook competition. Which they're running the same competition at the moment. You just have to use their wheel simulator and post the picture on their FB page.
  15. I think the slightly larger arch gap on the rear isnt helping either
  16. It does in those pictures and I will be measuring tomorrow..but they should all be 18"?!
  17. So I took a few photos. Its very standard at the moment. Ive only had it 4 weeks or so and I am trying to stop myself modifying as its such a good car as standard! I almost convinced myself I needed a new exhaust until I found out it was just the heat shield. It will either be coilovers or some side steps + front lip next. Just have to decide once I get paid! Anyway, here it is 18" Wolfrace JDM wheels, 30mm spacers on the rear, 25mm front. Black wrap on the roof and black wrap on the front bumper bit.
  18. Im after one of these, full system. Perhaps new if I can get a good deal or a good quality used. Im in surrey so local would be better. Thanks, Joe
  19. Sorry just one more.. Miester Rs are really highly spoken about for RX7s and some 200sx. Does this carry through to 350zs?
  20. Great feedback so far and some really good points raised by a lot of people. I think I was more making sure there was no stand out coilover that I was missing at either end of the scale (to avoid or to go for). I'm hearing a lot of positive things about the HSDs and for the money they seem good. Il check out the prices for the BC and KWs and go from there. I'm not against camber bolts and arms etc, as want to do the job properly. This will be the first car I've invested in new coilovers for, I usually stick with 2nd hand! Thank you
  21. Thanks for the replies so far. It would be great to get more traffic through here and on the poll to give us some more conclusive results. I've checked out the HSDs and for £5/600 new, they seem cheap compared. I do need to do a bit of saving first. You may see a plea for work post soon too!
  22. Firstly, yes I have used the search button but to no avail. There are many different threads with many different sales pitches. It would be great (with the ease of a poll) to get feedback from owners about their coilovers. These are for road use but we can assume that if I am spending X amount on some coilovers then I will be driving it hard occasionally and may even fall onto a track at some point. This will be a coilovers system on the front and the separate spring and shock at the rear as per the standard setup. Any ride quality handling comments will be useful, I will not just buying these coilovers for 'stance'. Sorry for any makes that have been missed out, these were just the ones I came across when searching threads. Thank you, Joe
