  1. As GM mentioned check fluids on a regular basis. Keep a listen or an eye on anything out of the ordinary, and in the unlikely event you spot something, search the symptoms on here. You will likely come across people who have similar issues with their zeds and have solutions. FI is forced induction.
  2. This sounds like a plenum spacer. If so I wouldn't worry. I don't think this is in the correct place either as it doesn't sound like you have FI based on the power fig you quoted.

  4. This sounds dangerous. If its required for a disability then I would imagine you would need to speak with a specialist vehicle adapter.
  5. I think a group buy is going on for these at the minute, get your name down.
  6. Nope 03-05 Air box. So no velocity stack. Sorry
  7. Rear Cover Sold. Some prices reduced for quick sale.
  8. What sort of weight are the wheels, do they compare with Touring?
  9. You considering coming back with a new FI zed?
  10. He pushed over 400 rwhp then trimmed back. The fuel pressure on was seen to run lean around 2krpm. So he said that will be cured once I install the damped rails. So hopefully with the next set of upgrades I might be able to see 450 ish.
  11. Mike, Remove the "s" in httpS so that the videos will be embedded in the forum. Thank you.
  12. Couple of videos added above from when I was @ Horsham, videos aren't great quality
  13. Well I haven't really been active on here that much over the last year. I'll aim to get more details of the zed as its been supercharged for around 1 year now and all is well.
  14. I would agree. It cost me around £120 to have half leather and alcantara. Check my build for pics of his work. What was the waiting time?? Around 5 days if I remember correctly, but it all depends on work load. So best bet is give him a call.
