Little update, my diffuser from Tarmac has arrived

 

 

Looks like I need to lower my exhaust a little to get it to it perfectly. Hopefully it won't be a huge deal but the bolt I need to take offr to space out looks pretty corroded :/

I can't see this on tarmac website have they stopped selling it?

Saw a nice 370z yesterday with gt stripes coloured calipers tinted rear lights and a blue tipped exhaust.. And what I think was a nismo spoiler...

I was in the work pool car (fiesta) but tried to wave

Also saw a black one in notts 11 plate

I can get my road bike in the boot with both wheels off... Bit like this

So I decided to de badge my rear at the weekend - carefully removed the foam and polished residue..

Got me thinking where I could put them back?

Ha ha found it the key slot lights up when you leave the keys in the car and open the door with ignition turned off.

This happened to me once a garage fixing my head gasket thought they'd scratched the car and got it painted.. Only a day after I had it back I realised ..... (A local kid had thrown a rock at it 2 days before, so looked fresh) It explained though why they said they needed it an extra 3 days.... I kept quiet....

I was looking for some heated seat buttons to fill the blanks on my centre console.. I wondered if anyone has retrofitted heated seats .. I was thinking of putting them on top of the seats I have then getting some decent seat covers?.

Hi, I'm pretty sure I've seen a thread on here where someone does just that, they had left over sound proofing for a VW golf they'd worked on, can't find the thread will let you know if I find it. If not I'm just going to get some and sound proof where I can, needs doing IMO.

That twas me .. I have a whole roll of under felt that I cut a piece off. To be honest now I have short tails I have no idea if it made a big difference. I do intend on getting a luxury boot mat as the one I have is very thin... Which is why I thought I'd try adding the felt in the first place.

Genuine 370z spare wheel with part number - this is the same one that's in mine

I have spare wheel as standard but I have 18s as standard (non gt) .... I saw one one ebay for sale the other day - not cheap though...

I think the sub fits inside it?...

Thx - Not overly impressed by the quality of the mats - the backing is cracking already!

I don't think she likes it but hasn't ever said anything! Especially as it goes in the garage each night which is under the house.

To be fair I push it out the garage most mornings to try and keep the noise down as she (neighbour) is a good old egg!

Well I've not been posting on this thread for a while... Been enjoying everyone's else's posts!

However I had an issue with some birds a few days ago that has been bothering me so decided to sort it out.

I parked my car under a tree and returned to find it covered in bird **** I cleaned it off ASAP but it had eaten into the clear in one night!

So machine polished it out.. Whilst I was there I waxed and polished the whole car and shampooed the mats .
