  1. I don't think age etc. has anything to do with it, I know people that passed their test first time but used to avoid roundabouts after they passed because they scared them. If people and the government are so bothered by this why not go the same way they did with motorbikes years ago and bring in a BHP limit until you have some real road driving experience without an instructor sat beside you?

  2. Me putting my view in bold lettering might not have been the right thing to do,I'm not anti firework. I was just trying to make the point that people bitch about terrorists threats and then go and by explosives from the shops

  3. Me and my ex have two dogs that live with her one loves fireworks and the other is scared almost to death by them. They are brothers and have been bought up together in the same way so I don't think it is a training thing. What I do find funny is the fact that everyone goes on and worries about terrorist threats yet we still sell dangerous explosives in the supermarkets?

  4. I'm not religious in any way but think that there is good and bad in all of us,each to their own whether it is religion/sexual preference/colour etc. The biggest problem we have now days is those that use religion and self importance to bully others into their way of thinking and the belief that what makes someone more important than anyone else is what they have in material or money worth and not the person inside. The few people that I do class as friends come from various religions and range from the poor to the well off but all have become my friends because of what kind of person they are not what they believe or what they have and all keep their personnel views out of our friendship unless asked for an opinion.

  5. Hi and welcome check the radiator fans are working as the motors sticking are an issue and the middle of the exhaust as the standard one likes to break. But I'd say go for it as the only problem I've found is now I want a 370z. Make sure you have good tyres all round as cheap ones destroy the handling :)

  6. Hi Harryjax I had the same issue when I got my Zed the fan motors were nakered here's one of many utube links to show how to strip clean & check your motors

mine were beyond repair and I replaced the fans & motors. This was the first advice I was given by Mitz at Cougar Stores to check before I spent any money on new fans, apparently the motors giving up is a known issue and this is why I always go to him for advice and work as the most important thing to him was saving me money first rather than taking it off me TOP BLOKE

  7. Had my bike full licence 33 years now got a ninja 636cc with tunable chip and upgraded K&N air filter. Best bike I've owned handling wise was a Ducati 748s with tunable chip and race pipes but build quality was an issue then so went back to jap bikes for the reliability as at the time it was my daily commuter.

    Bikes I've Owned.

    Yamaha XS 250

    Kawasaki Z200

    Yamaha RD 200

    Yamaha XJ 550

    Ducati 748s

    Kawasaki ZX 636

Bikes I've ridden to many to mention from 30cc to 1000cc Enjoy the biking and be careful out there don't be lulled into doing anything silly by others there are plenty of Idiots out there on bikes and in cars.

  8. Got conti's on mine and the biggest difference was after I had the wheel alignment done cost a bit but now it feels like it's on rails even when having fun. 18 inch approx £670 fitted a set.

  9. Sorry about the late update.Toms I wouldn't bother with the place I used he did a lovely job on the gouge and the re-spray looked good but when I was washing my zed I managed to mark the paint with my finger nail as it was so soft and thin and that was after a month to let it settle also his maskin takes a lot to be desired as I have over spray on the front grill and one of the headlights that I've got to try and slowly rub off without doing any damage. Nice bloke and good customer service but his work isn't up to the type of standard that you would expect or want

on a car as beautiful as ours, sorry for the bad news

  10. Put my zed badge back on with some spare double sided sticky foam pads over a year ago when it came off whilst I was cleaning I had the pads lying around after fitting the alarm light to my bike. I bought them from the pound shop and just just cut to fit. :teeth:
