  1. Not a clue what Abz is but like the car - just the same as mine.
  2. Not had it 3 months yet and managed to curb the front n/s wheel last Saturday. Couldn`t believe it, the RCZ`s hadn`t a mark on them in almost 2 years. It was only a small light scuff to the outside edge of the rim but obviously I was gutted and having seen a few topics on here about colour matching, concerned as to if anyone would be able to match the strange dark grey/brown/anthracite/gun metal, or, whatever colour it looks in the light at the time, of the GT Edition wheels. I mention it on here to say what a great job Smart Auto Repairs have done. Found them on the internet, originally, when I needed the bumper on the RCZ repairing due to some ones inability to park on a car park without hitting the other cars around them and, needless to say, then doing one without any thought to the damage they had caused. Anyway, the chap who covers the Manchester area came this morning, had it done in an hour and has done a great job for just £55. No more signs of any damage at all and no mismatch of the paint colour. Looks just like a new wheel again. Well pleased.
  3. Hello to everyone again. Had my 370Z about 6 weeks now and just got it run in, trip down to Essex at the weekend has taken it up to almost 1500 miles, so thought I`d share my thoughts on the new car. Well, I think as everyone on here expected, I love it and think it`s awesome. Love the power now that I can stick me foot down and cornering feels like it`s on rails - can`t wait for September now - trip down to Cornwall and the twist country lanes, also, quite happy with the 28.2 mpg average that it`s now gone up to as I`ve used the motorways a bit more than when I first got it (25mpg). Must say, though, that a few of the features on it could have been better with a bit more thought by the manufacturer, I`m forever walking away from it on a car park leaving the mirrors out (the RCZ folded them automatically on locking) or if I do remember to fold them in on the road side I`m then wanting to get out but can`t see traffic coming up behind, and, I`ve just realised after 6 weeks that the doors aren`t auto locking and luckily found an old post on here on how to turn the feature on from the factory default - off ! Sure there`s nothing in the handbook about that ! The wife has insisted on a cushion to sit on. She`s about 5`2" and said the passenger seat was way too low and her legs were stuck out straight in front. Begrudgingly I had to agree and think that seat could definitely do with some height adjustment as on the drivers side. Overall then I love it and it`s everything that I thought and expected it would be. Can`t see me ever tiring of just going out for a drive round in it or even just washing and cleaning it. Just got to remember now to stick the 40 quid in me piggy bank each month ready for when the tax is due in another 10 months or so. Cheers, Wayne.
  4. £250 for mine with Privilege but then I am 52.
  5. Hi everyone. I was looking to see if there was an owners club and found the site. Ordered my 370Z the other day from West Way Nissan Manchester, pick it up 1st March. GT Edition in white. It was suposed to be a treat when I retire in June (30 years not 65) but when I went looking at them the dealer told me the current offers from Nissan finish end March and didn`t know what would be on offer after that so thought I`d better order it now - and what`s the point in taking a pension lump sum if your not going to blow it on your dream car ? Trading in the RCZ which I`ll be sorry to see go and the extra £300 a year road tax and just over half of the mpg will sting a bit but at least the extra 130bhp should take my mind off it. Insurance quotes I`ve had, though, have been really good, not much more than the Peugeot which was quite a suprise - must be the only advantage of getting older. Boot space doesn`t look too big either for weekends or a week away - the RCZ was cavernous. Anyone know if a small`ish suit case will fit or is it soft luggage only ? Cheers, Wayne.
