Hi Don same as every year we get sent the tickets about 2 weeks before the event and then they get sent out straight away.

 

Not sure if I prefer "zbirdy" or "theres always been ethel" but there will not be any gaffa tape at Castle Coombe

What wheels are you running these days fella, got shot of my 240 long ago, now running a 350 of course, howz about you ? spoke to Arkwright recently on here, nice to hear some old pals. PS, have you any pics of that gaffa tape mallarky mate, if so can you mail em to me at dat240@msn.com.

I have a facelift 06 plate Zed, and am interested in having a sat nav fitted, am i right in saying that it fits into the lift up compartment in the centre of the dash ? can you tell me how much this would cost, and is there a original equipment unit available, and if so does it do more than just the sat nav.

OUCH, i know full well how that feels, i had my azzure Zed less than a week, whe some **** opened there door into my back panel, had i seen it happen, well i suspect i would still be locked away.there are some total kin dick heads on planet unfortunately.

what sort of people are they for god sake !!

incidentally, I had a devils own job finding Falken 452's with matching tread patterns front and rear. seems like the tyre has been superceeded by the 453, which was also had a tread match issue across the 2 sizes !!! Mental !!

Update;

Having read some good, but mainly negative reports about the falken ZE912 tyres, I decided to go with Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's

I had been quoted £600 all in for all 4 Falkens, also including tracking to all 4 corners,

and managed to get the same deal elsewhere on the Fred Astaires for £617. with Watling Tyres Ltd. not bad I think, camskill price would be £560.00, and then i would have to pay £50 (valves, disposal, balance & tracking), so all in all very similar price without the delivery hassles and taking the tyres elsewhere to be fitted.

So getting them fitted tomorrow I hope.
