on impact the doors unlock

Hi all I have a 2009 370Z and wondered if it's possible to activate auto locking doors while driving? Also is there anyway to activate auto fold in mirrors when the car is locked?

The S2000 was fun to say the least, I did decide to race logic traction control which was fantastic but when it was turned off it was..... Interesting defiantly woke you up in the mornings lol. With regards to the petrol station I went up there With my AMG and some bloke came out having a go saying I can't park here :-(

yeah my previous cars, well we will have to see how things go with this one, I already have some plans first is to remove the Sat Nav unit and put the cubby hole type in but first its a question of locating the centre console and knowing whether the heating controls work successfully with this :/

Hi all, some of you have probably seen me posting a little recently as a new owner of a Z, I thought I would show you my car . spent 7 hours cleaning her yesterday and today, due to the swirl marks but now shes free of them all, the pics were taken down my drive as it started to rain earlier today but hopefully will get her out soon and get some more done, I have attached some pictures I did of her when my friend owned her too 2009 plate with only 13,000 miles on the clock, been remapped by Abbey Motorsport with Tein Superstreet Coilovers & EDFC controller fitted comments welcome Some Pics I took when It was my mates

Is it a straight swap? Do all the heater controls work ok etc if I did it? Don't fancy getting it then did out it doesn't work :-/

Hi all I have got a 2009 370Z with sat nav, is it possible to take this all out and replace it with the cubby hole type in the top, I know the heater controls are different but wondered if it's a straight swap? Reason being I want to replace my whole sound system and figured this would be the best method as there is a facia panel available

On the back of the bottom board where the heatin controls and radio are is this on one electronic board or is the heating controls on a separate panel? I have got full JL Audio components, subs and Amps to go into mine :-) Is there any single din head units that have the double din screens separate? Also the navigation button panel is this easily removable?

Does this mean no one can help? All I want is ideas on how to fit a aftermarket unit really

Yeah the same as that but almost £1500 cheaper and half the mileage He's also got a private plate on it I can have and £400 in nissan service agreements I can have

the S2000 I basically did all I wanted to do it, is was running on part methanol so it became a pain, it became quite a well known car and i achieved what I wanted to with it and wanted a change,

if you can find a decent 370Z for £16k with premium connect please help the one i am getting has 13000 miles 59 plate 370Z GT in the limited editon Yellow lol

Sorry about the confusion, I havent bought it as of yet but looking at my names as its a good price, low milage and i know its well looked after. To be honest I was looking and changing the whole sound system anyway ripping out the bose and putting my own in as I have some top end stuff out of my old car (speakers etc) and keeping the standard headunit. if I cant get Ipod intergration how much work is it to change the whole headunit as part of the headunit is part of the heating controls? sorry to bombard you all Stuart I've had both versions - GT Ultimate with the older version of the sat nav and newer Black Edition with the Connect Premium. As far as I know, manual control of the Ipod itself was the only option with the earlier version. There was no USB connection under the arm rest in the 09 car, just analogue. You connected to the Ipod via its earphone jack. Worked perfectly well, except there was no way to select tracks etc on the sat nav screen, as you can with the Connect Premium. I'm a bit unclear from your first post whether you've actually bought a 370 yet or just identified one you want to buy. If the latter I'd recommend considering one with Connect Premium. Having lived with both, I'd say it's a worthwhile upgrade .

Does anyone have a 2009 GT like mine with full control, Is it possible to get full control?

ummm strange, it is conncted VIA USB under neath the arm rest?, all i saw was the round headphone jack type its a 2009 plate btw
