However, you may or may not have noticed that the Admiral group have no disappeared from the comparison websites. The reason? Their prices have rocketed up about 30%, and are no longer the go-to bargains they used to be.

 

One can only assume this is because, as I said a couple of years ago after someone pointed it out to me, that they've now got their massive market share they were after and are now targeting the I-don't-bother-searching-at-renewal-time people more than ever. Look lively kids, insurance is about to get much more expensive for those that relied on Admiral group for reasonable sports car insurance.

I am with admiral and I am useless at shopping around. I am coming up for renewal though and I did do a quick confused.com search. Turns out I can nearly half the amount I currently paying Admiral! They will be getting an interesting phone call when its my time to renew.

I read that as snob plus, plus it was a merc so that justified my thinking

Yeah it's a nismo bumper as far as I know. No idea which one but I think it's a factory fit and it's a 54 plate model if that helps work it out :-)

I decided it was about time the Zed had a clean so I washed and polished it this afternoon. Decided to take it out for a few pics but it was starting to get dark but some of them came out ok...

Just had my Nismo exhaust fitted too so I took an arty shot of that too.

I have no idea how i am going to get everything in my zed. I am used to an astra or a bigger MG ZS saloon which i can get loads in.

i suppose after a bit of i will get it all in.......time will tell! ha!

Is there an official list of names or is it just a case of registering interest here?

Yeah I'm really looking forward to it. Deffo getting the Friday off work too.
