Haha awesome! Yeah I saw your stand mate, we had to walk past it every time we went to watch the race We also did the stickers and t-shirt thing...such geeks lol

Ah okay! Thanks Ekona I shall just replace the whole rad to be safe then I think.
HaydnH yeah they do put UV or luminous dye in it to make it easier to spot a leak

Hi guys, as title says I have a leak on my air con system. Garage attempted to refill it and told me that the condenser is leaking. I want to do the job myself and just need to confirm I'm going to be replacing the correct bit!
The garage told me that the condenser is this large aluminium cylinder at the front of the rad...is this right?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We were on the corner at the top left as you go in

Any recommendations on a reliable tester around the wolves or Telford area?

Used this yesterday to adjust my low beam. Very useful guide, cheers!

Used this guide to tighten my aux belts. It's been written so well it makes it simple to follow! Pics are a big help, cheers!

Brilliant guide and it made my Zed so much easier to drive!

Put my name down please! I can't pay until the end of the month though

Also interested!

I've had the same problem in previous cars. There have been some good suggestions, but this is what I used:

Works in a similar way to the pingi one, but isn't rechargeable. It's surprising how much water it collects after being in the car for a while!

Little b******s!! No need for that, things like that really rile me.
Hope it's a cheap fix for you mate

Looking good.
Weren't put off by the possibly "ugly" alzean leather then!!
Haha no I saw it and thought it was actually really nice!
Cheers lads

Hi guys, finally bit the bullet and bought my Zed yesterday! So chuffed with it, it makes me very happy haha!
It's pretty much standard, but has a scorpion cat-back and unknown brand grooved discs with Red Stuff pads on it.
It's done 67,000 miles, been serviced at correct intervals (P3 done 3000 miles ago), hardly has a mark on it and came with a 6 month warranty as a bonus 😊
All for a tidy sum of £6900!
Wondered if anyone recognised it, maybe it has been on this forum before?
Here are a few pics I've taken so far...
Hope you guys like it!
Not driven in 8 months, so it's been a bit of a shock to the system hopping in this, especially as my last cars have all been corsas haha!

Cheers lads, will make a note of those niggles and check them on Saturday.
Done a HPI check and she's all clean 😊
You lot seem to love driving them so much, must be special!...can't wait to get behind that wheel!

So excited about getting my hands on one of these beauties!
Been browsing the forum loads the past few days, was just wondering what everybody's favourite feature/characteristic of the Z is? What do you enjoy the most about owning the car?
Also, i'm viewing this one (link below) on saturday...any thoughts?
Are there certain things to watch out for regarding servicing and rust etc etc?
-
That's a surprise, thought it would be the other way round with everybody hating them!
I'll take everyone's word for it then. Hopefully going to view it next weekend 😃

Suppose if I don't like them in time to come...it's a great excuse for a pair of bucket seats
Cheers guys

Looking at a few 350's with the intent to buy soon.
Got my eyes on a gunmetal one which has the tan leather seats. I must admit that in the pictures the seats and other trim look awful!
Just wondering if they are as bad in real life? Don't want it to put me off buying a sound car 😣
-
Cheers mate I'll bear that in mind. Need to win the lottery or something, it'll take me ages to save £8k!
-
Don't talk me into it! What is a good price to look at? I've been looking at the pre '06 models, preferably a GT. I'm aiming to save £6k...

Wicked sounds good. I just want to buy one now! May have to forget saving and just get a loan haha

The plastic cover over the nut should come off and allow you to lift it up
