  1. Bolts as in longer 'Studs' for the hubs or 'Nuts' to secure the Eibachs onto the existing studs. ( if that makes sense  )

If it is nuts, have a good search as I have seen threads where others have bought them in the past.

Yeah been searching lots, tapatalk seems to throw up some random results

  2. Yep I collected a 2.4m washing line post in the 350.

Due to the fact that it was so long, I had to drive home (12 miles) with the boot open....

And this has finally made me realise why people buy roadsters...the sound!!! Oh my god the sound! :teeth:

It was just awesome! The exhaust was making noises I'd never heard it make before and they were coming from right behind my head!

Needless to say it was quite a heavy footed drive home and the mrs wasn't impressed, especially as I made her hold my pole for the entire journey

  3. Most recent mods...Eibach springs and 20/25mm spacers :teeth:

How it sits after 1 week

Loving it! So much lower and wider, it should have come out of the factory like this! I can't stop looking at it when I walk away ðŸ˜

However, it has resulted in a fair bit of negative camber, especially on the back. So next on the list is a visit to A-Line in Dudley to dial that out (and maybe some camber bolts/arms)

  4. I'm not exactly sure but I think the Eibachs are a slightly bigger drop and generally considered better quality springs with a comfier ride.

I would rather sell as a whole but would consider splitting for a reasonable price.

(I'm guessing it's just a nut holding the springs on both front shocks?)

To separate you would need a set of spring compressors, 17mm drop neck spanner and an adjustable spanner.

5 minute job if you have to tools :)

  6. I'll need a new front plate for my mot so will need to remove the plinth and check the paint under its ok to do this, looks much better

Not sure the 3/4 plates are legal, so might be worth getting a cheap standard plate until after your MOT, unless you know the tester of course ;)

The block had marked my paint slightly along the top, but luckily I could cover this up with the new plate so you may be alright :)

  7. I looked at getting a smaller plate for the front but either end behind the plate holder were two small holes. Did yours have these? Or just the bigger sets of holes further in.

    Looks good either way :)

Yeah there were 4 holes in total...2 of which were the screw holes and the other 2 were probably slightly larger than a golf ball, with polystyrene behind them.

Wish I'd taken a picture now!

However, the 3/4 plate covers these without a problem as you can see :)

    Thanks mate!

  8. There is a thread on here somewhere about a guy who moved it! Just unscrewed everything and relocated it under the cubby box. Go searchy!

You don't have to relocate it, you can just unscrew it, unplug it and take the whole thing out :)

You can take the false floor that it's screwed to out too, so it makes the cubby a bit deeper!
