Has anyone got a pic of the above? Looking to refurb my standard Rays soon and was always planning to do them in some shade of anthracite/graphite but the more I look at the car the more I like them in the standard silver.
So anyone got pics and if possible also with a black roof wrap maybe?

Dragging up an old thread!
Is it really neccasary for this camber kit if I'm going to fit say 20-30mm lowering springs? If I fitted coilovers instead are they not needed?

Bought from Venom Motorsport earlier this year to go on my old Ibiza however never fitted. Packaged and brand new with fitting instructions. They fit pretty much any car as they are customisable to each car.

They sell it in B&Q at the end of one of the paint isles!
Looked in B&Q earlier and there was no plasti dip as such but they did have plenty of enamel spray like the one above! Do you mean they stock actual plasti dip or just something similar?

i got cheapy halfrauds stuff to do my front lip. worked fine...
What's the finish like? Did you sand/primer/laquer etc? Also, I'm guessing the removal of this stuff isn't a simple peel off job like plasti dip?

Does anyone know if plastidip.co.uk is the only place that supplies it? Without sounding tight the price of the spray is fine (£10) but £16 for it delievered is a bit of a rip! Any other suppliers?

Sorry to cover old ground over and over again but just want to make sure, mine is due an oil change (93k) and I've seen a very good offer on Castrol GTX in Asda. What grades are reccomended as I've seen people suggest 5W 30 and 10w 40. Also, I'm guessing part synthetic?

I think you would be spending a lot of money just to get dials showing mph, mpg & time. If you were running FI and needed dials for boost etc then fair enough but you already have a speedo in front of you for mph, leave the trip computer on time and who gives a crap about mpg anyway, it will be somewhere between 20mpg & 30mpg depending on how long the trip is and how much time you spend looking at the time and your speed instead of the road

Tis a fair point, and if it was something that was going to cost a small fortune then I wouldn't bother anyway, just thought I'd ask out of curiosity to see if it could be a relatively cheap/simple addition

Thanks for all the tips for the iPhone and HU dials however I'm really looking to add more dials like the trip dial on the centre console, is this possible? If so, how difficult is it to wire them in and where can I get the gauges?

you could also use the phone as a camera and have all the dials on the recording too!

Your best bet on an iPhone is to buy a Pioneer double din AppRadio, DashCommand app for the iPhone and a wi-fi OBD adapter. This will enable you to display all the gauges on a nice big double din screen. The refresh rate isn't great but it's a neat gadget setup.
I am looking at a new headunit but got a JVC lined up and ideally I'd like the displays to be in a agauge form that I can mount in the a pillar. If I was to wire in more trip computer dials and do this, would it be as simple as wiring them up to the wires going to the existing gauge on the centre console?

It is possible, but if you have an android phone you can get apps for that stuff which plug into your OBD port, then just mount your phone somewhere convenient?
I have an iPhone, these apps not available on there?
Is it a simple task to hook up more trip dials? Do you know what's involved?

Might be a really stupid question or might be something that's been done before. I was wondering if it's possible to get hold of more dials like the trip computer on the right of the 3 gauges on the centre console and wire them into somewhere else on the dash and control them independently (i.e. enabling me to have for example the mph, time and mpg all showing at the same time on different gauges?)
I'm guessing this isn't possible but thought it would be worth asking

I'll give it another go later, not really tried since I first bought the car and noticed it but I did give it a good turn and just didn#t seem right! I'll let you know how I get on!

Had a quick search and did find a few people mentioning a similar issues but no mention of the cause or solution.
Anyway, as the title says, when I remove the key I cannot get the steering wheel to lock at all. Is this a well known fault? If so anyone know the cause or fix?

As above, just flashed on earlier tonight. No other problems with the drive of the car, only thing that has changed in recent days is that I have replaced interior, boot and number plate lights with LED bulbs. They were all working fine for a few days but just wondering if this could be linked to the light coming on?

Thanks lads! Does it feel different to drive? My ild car had silly camber due to being lowered around 130mm. When people say they are needed is it because it actually notcieably affects the drive and tyre wear or because it is seen as beat to keep it to the standard?
