Just saying hello as a new member.. I've been on here a little while checking things out while I save up the last few pennies I need to get myself in to (hopefully!) an Ebisu black 313 GT... Hopefully I'll have some keys by August / September time.
My car history is what you might call 'patchy'
Rover 416 SLi (L plate, Blue - Big-end bearing failure on M25. I changed the bearings myself but got the wrong ones (too thin), lol, so it got scrapped @ about 110k miles)
Vauxhall Astra Estate 1.8 Turbo Diesel (M plate, White - Water pump pulley snapped off and took the timing belt with it, just about destroying the engine. Changed all the cam rockers, fitted new water pump, new timing belt, and did the timing with my old man, then sold it to one of my dad's mates as a run around for his field)
Vauxhall Astra 5dr 1.6 Club (53 plate, Blue - Sold @ 98k miles)
BMW 320 Coupe (57 plate, Metallic Black - Company car, given back at 84k miles, would never have one of these again, very unreliable)
Mitsubishi Evo 4 (modded to high heaven, met with the 'Old Hairpin' tyre wall at Donnington - insurance write off - broke it for spares in my garage)
Defender 90 2.5 Turbo Diesel (J reg, heavily off road modded, sitting SORN on my drive, need to get round to selling it as it hardly ever gets used these days)
Vauxhall Astra 1.9CDTi SRi (07 plate, Silver - current daily driver on 63k miles)
