    I got my box today too. But the interior, glass & freshner all require trigger sprays but only got 2 trigger tops ?!?

    I said they would probably try & resolve it, most garages are customer focused & want to resolve things, like you said genuine mistake & thankfully they have sorted it for you. No body wants a unhappy angry customer !! lol

    Regardless of what ppl say I think you have got a good case, even reading that link I posted up. Just go in with all your facts. Surely they would rather have a happy customer & get the problem resolved then not.

    Yeh should be, for example if there was a mechanical fault that couldn't be fixed you could reject the car, I would assume would work the same if you were mis-sold the car too. Prob best doing a google search to get more info.

    Mine came of easily enough, removed bottom bracket then pushed boot lid as high a poss would go then removed top socket. Well looked easy as I watched my boyfriend do it !! lol

    Hi, I'm in desperate need of some LMGT4 Centre caps for my Nismo wheels. I've already got the o-ring type but these unfortunately don't fit mine. Needs to have the clip type - I believe these are the US style instead of the Jap style ??

    For a full detail I think approx £150 ish, I normally just have the exterior done which I think is £130, plus I'm having my headlights done next month which is £65 for the pair. He literally spends the whole day on the car, not like these other "valeting" company's that are done in 2 hours max !!
