Anyone in West Midlands have a good rear back box for 350z HR? Mine has snapped at the flange to the rest of the exhaust. I can probably repair with bandage and gun gum but want a standard box really. Thanks

15000miles. Like new to drive but aged because of, well, age really. Really needs a lot of t-cutting. Someone really loved this car but polished it to death.

2005 car. I have this issue: First time I was in stop/start traffic, car gave a little lurch then the engine, ESP and skid lights came on. Car in limp mode. 2-3 secs of cranking to start, usually bursts into life immediately. Got home left car for few hours. Tried to start car, started straight away with smooth idle. Engine light still on but ESP and skid lights off. Car drives as it should. Took to my Zed specialist he said CP0340 (camshaft position sensor, passenger side) but could be many things from Flywheel to stretched timing chain to crankshaft position sensor (99,800mls). Cleared codes. Drove home fine. Went out later, very light traffic and same issue as before but car stalled this time at traffic lights as I was setting off. Heat related? I'm hoping it is and just the sensor like Mack. Ben at Emperor Garage has ordered OEM part and will fit. Will post on what happens.

Anyone got a complete standard cat back system for sale? Needs to be in good condition.

Need a replacement cat back exhaust. Resonator in centre of my Japspeed one has come to bits inside leading to horrid gurgling/rattling on over-run ai 3000rpm and clunking over bumps. So either a standard OEM cat back or even straight replacement Japspeed please Anybody?

Hopefully going to look at a Zed at Paul's very soon, will give impartial report. It's not a bad idea to post about dealers on the forum. I am a member of a watch forum and we have a trusted dealers section there where people can post their experiences. Good dealers get more custom, bad dealers go out of business.

Hello to all. Just joined because I'm looking at replacing my thirsty '96 XK8 Jag for something still cool and quick but a little less expensive to run. I think I have found what I want. Have been trawling the buyers guides on the interwebs and there doesn't appear to be that much to look out for on a 350Z except regular servicing; a clunk from the rear drive shafts; tailgate gas struts and dodgy speakers to scare a newcomer. It that right? Buying the Jag required a second brain to remember everything so as not to buy a dog!
