  1. PM me your address, I'll drive up there just to make sure for you :ninja::teeth:

 Sorry to disappoint you Ian, need to be quicker next time :ninja:. Mum and dad just got back and informed me that two massive boxes were left for me with a neighbour :p! :yahoo: roll on thursday!

  2. :dummy: Ok so I'm quite worried now.....my wheels were supposedly delivered yesterday, however I'm away at work and my mum and dad are away on holiday till tomorrow evening. Parcels left Lincoln Parcelforce depot and are supposed to be signed for. I hope to dear god that they haven't just left them on the porch :byebye: bye bye wheels if so!!!!
  3. I got my renewal letter from Elephant last week as the policy runs out on the 11th June. Bearing in mind my insurance was around £1400 this last year, my renewal quote was £1688...how the hell does that work out for saying that I'm a year older and have an additional years no claims?!?

Anyway I decided to hunt around for a cheaper quote, all the comparison sites are shite with the cheapest one being MORE expensive than that of the Elephant renewal. So I decided to go direct to the companies and surprisingly Admiral came out cheapest with £1298 with all mods declared.

I know Elephant is part of the Admiral group so I rang them up today and said my current renewal quote you sent is extorsionate and Admiral your sister company are much cheaper what can you do? The lady on the line said she can match it which I thought was brilliant as it would save me messing about changing companies. Coming to end of the call as she finished taking card details she said 'oh we can actually beat Admiral quote and get your renewal down to £1112'

Fantastic Elephant :yahoo: well chuffed with that quote! But just proves how much they try to rip you off for being loyal to them and staying with them. Makes you wonder how many people out there are content at just carrying on with the company they're with and getting ripped off.

  4. They're not black will, they're pressed graphite colour :p.

Yeah I've been wondering about where I'm going to get tyres fitted tbh. Don't think Kwik Fit or Bush are trustworthy enough.

  5. Cheers guys! Yes I'm very pleased with them...so excited :)! Wait time has been about a month for them to be made and now got another couple of weeks transit time.

I bet you are eager to get them fitted!!!!! :drive1

You have no idea lol, just come back out to work for 2 weeks . Wanna be at home waiting for them lol :bounce:!

  6. Evening all, after weeks of waiting for my Volk TE37SL's to be made they have finally been packaged and are on their way over from Japan .

    Fronts are 19x9JJ et+22

    Rears are 19x10.5JJ et +22

I can't wait to see these in the flesh I think they're :cloud9:.

While I'm here what tyre sized would people recommend? I'm not looking for stretched and was thinking 245/35/19 fronts and 275/35/19 rears? Been looking at camskill.com and can get Falken's for around £600.

    Thanks

  7. Lol I ought to really jsut to catch em out, they're dodgy lot anyway Hartwell lol. Spotted it on the forecourt a week or two back and thought I'd see what they're selling it for. Didn't look right and thought I was losing it

  8. There's a blue 350z for sale at the moment at Harwell Grimsby. However it looks odd to me? It's supposedly a 59 plate:

It has the pre 07 grooved bonnet? I thought the HR cars had to have these because of engine clearance issues, hence the bulge bonnets?

Interior looks right with the facelift interior and it has the new shape front bumper along with the GT4 style wheels.

Just me or am I missing something?:wacko:
