  1. P.p.s if you feel you've been racially abused then do something about it!!
  2. Ill ask your mum if i can see her more often then My opinion is that bronze wheels are chav & you racially abused me! If you think they're Chav then your entitled to that opinion until you come at me with "silly man"!! P.s I'm the Chav? You have a skyline, no?
  3. Uber mong? now the insults have gone too far, I'm off to tell my mum!! Never have quite understood why when someone asks for advice, people can't just give advice, you need a hobby pal! Maybe ask the mrs to give you some abit more regular, I dunno!
  4. Yep she did, me and your mother!
  5. Thanks for replies. I'm not mad about silver with black wheels, bit predictable IMO! But do quite fancy a bronze colour! Hmmm.... Thanks!
  6. Hi guys, I currently have 20" Kahn RSV alloys which are looking abit worn to be honest, anyone who knows these wheels knows they bow out of the body so fairly easy to curb! going to get them all refurbed in the new year but as they will be off I may as well change colour. I have a blade car with coilovers so sits fairly low, was thinking about a light anthracite or maybe something a little more out there? any thoughts what's worked in the past? Cheers
  7. Ey up. Good to see another leeds lad!
  8. Iv spoke to Horsham, thanks for the recommendation, great service and confirmed they're 21mm. Thanks
  9. Nice one, don't suppose you have contact info?
  10. Cheers mike, mine is '05' whats yours?
  11. Yes I'm just after the diameter of the rear ARB though as bushes range between 20/21/22/24 mm.
  12. Sorry for the poor topic but just trying to find the diameter of the standard ARB as I'm looking for some poly bushes but come in varying sizes. Thanks
  13. Well car back today and seemed to be air in line. Runs great, smooth changes. Il post better review once break in is complete.
  14. Cheers Alex! Think il listen to you first time in future!!!
  15. Yep it came with everything Inc. The beating. Iv also put in a new slave and master cylinder. So basically even using the wrong fluid it would still bleed up, but be no good when I'm driving hard? Ta
  16. Ahh fook! Any idea why not? Think it's abit late now! Nowt else has worked tho up to now!
  17. Well the make is F1 racing, not a massively well known brand but had good reviews, I should really have just paid the extra and gone for the setup from Alex but you live and learn. He was a little vague on it engaging, he says it feels like the fly is too thin so further for the slave to travel? Hea putting the power bleeder on it over night to try rid it of any air so fingers crossed. Also he assures me he's used correct fluids but why do people recommend the rbf600, what's the difference to what's recommended my Nissan? Cheers
  18. Hi, purchased my Zed about 6 weeks ago and loved it immediately, about 2 weeks ago clutch was slipping so decided to get it changed. I ordered an F1 racing stage 2 clutch and lightweight fly. I took the car to the garage on Monday who fit it for me, I received a call saying the clutch pedal was right at the floor and could be a faulty slave cylinder, got the slave from Nissan dealers in leeds and fitted that today, they've now called me back and said that although it is better it's still not right, apparently I have about 1/2 inch free play at top of the clutch pedal and doesn't seem to engage the clutch properly! they're having to strip it back down and check the parts/ fitting again! I'm getting to breaking point with the car over this. Any ideas pleassse??
  19. Oh ye iv done some research into the plenum, I was referring to fitting of pulleys though! Hahaha
  20. Iv already had the up rev and just in process of looking for a plenum. Presume they aren't too much of a job to fit? Bumper and rad off ?
  21. Right, sorry if I come across as a total idiot but what are the main benefits of using lightweight ally pulleys? Cars in the garage shortly for my new racing clutch and fly so seeing what else I can do while I'm at it! cheers
  22. Hi mate do you still have the clear reflectors? Are they the reflectors on the bumper that sit vertically? Cheers
  23. And your an expert of what a scene from a gay movie would be like I gather! haha
  24. I just wanna give you a virtual high five! My fire station are all doing it too so you can feel comforted there's at least another 40 blokes looking idiots for November!
  25. Hi mate, I had an 04 RX-8 before my zed and my only regret is why did I wait so long! As you've said I don't see much to compare other that it's a front engine RWD well powered car. I had the 231 RX-8 and although it seemed fun, for 231bhp it seemed pretty gutless and found my self really having to rev the knackers off it to find some performance! In short when you test the Zed it will be a no brainer!
