It will go down as a fault claim as you have to make a claim against your policy, there isn't anyone else to claim against unfortunately.

Ah ffs wrong section could a mod move this to 350z for me please
Done

Got it from eBay a couple of years ago, I bought a pair and sold the other one on here to someone that had had a smash. I can't see the description as the listing is over 90 days old unfortunately.

Docwra's old car isn't it?
If so they've had that for a while, maybe they've converted it try and get it sold
I wonder if you have to put the higher octane diesel in it?!
-
Strange, that headlight was on the last couple of years when the MOT was done and no mention of it then.
The passenger side is a replacement as the old one was scratched before I got it and letting in water which caused it to fail.

If you have a policy voided for not declaring mods or lying you also have to declare that when getting future insurance policies forever and that will hike up your price too.
Completely not worth it IMO.
-
No claims weren't effected, and all I paid was my £150 excess.
Didn't you get your excess back in the end? You should have done for a non-fault claim.
Edit: never mind, looks like I was beaten to it

Nice, very similar to my old exhaust setup which I loved even if it was a little droney on the motorway. Only difference was I had some unknown brand of non resonated decats instead. JWT popcharger added a bit to the noise too.
Mine was remapped and I don't really remember getting pops and bangs but I definitely remember the roar past around 3.5k rpms.

I sold a set of those in silver a while ago to valy.
There are a few listings on eBay but they all seem to be 8.5 wide whereas you'd really want a couple of rears at 9.5 wide to get the dish with the finichi's (that is as wide as they go as far as I recall).

Ive got a set which I haven't used for sale in silver up for £30 plus postage.
As I didn't fit them in the end I don't really have an opinion of how good they are but there are a couple of old threads about them:

Looks aftermarket to me.
Is it an import, could be the fog light switch if so.

If it's within 30 days since you upgraded you should be able to "downgrade" back to what you were on before.
The screen going blank could be that the graphics card driver is incorrect although in my experience windows 10 has sorted all that without any intervention them me for all the Windows upgrades I've done in July (around 70 in total). How much free disc space does your PC have?

Yes, there is a high level brake light at the top of the rear windscreen.
My brake switch failed but my LED brake lights did still come on, just a lot fainter than normal and the high level didn't work.

In case you haven't already noticed it, GeorgeW's old 350z is on eBay again, quite a bit lower priced too: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/172285709028

On a provisional license she shouldn't be on a motorway at all though and if her passenger was drunk wouldn't that be classed as driving without an instructor?
-
Not enough of a penalty in my opinion.
As they didn't catch her in the act, it's always a bit dubious whether it was actually her driving at all though.

Hi Jim and welcome to the forum.
Red is quite a rare colour for the 350z for some reason. Other than a couple in hampshire that you've mentioned, GeorgeW's old zed was on eBay recently and is quite local to you: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/172272755129
I beleive George mentioned it was a cat d though which doesn't seem to be mentioned on the ad.

can you buy the car back off the insurance company? i think thats a thing you can do? :S if so do it then break it down, i think breakers do this and cars cost them a couple of hundred so you could easily make the money back and then some!
I really dont know if this is a thing or not but if it is i would absolutely consider it!
Mine cost 18% to buy back, definitely worth thinking about at that sort of cost. I ended up buying mine back and selling to someone locally who has repaired it and and I see it every now and again, saw it today as it happens.

This reminds me of my turbo'd Honda S2000 that was hit at 2:30am too a little more than a year ago
At least the driver has admitted liability and you can claim from them, I hope the claim process goes smoothly for you. Mine took a couple of months of faffing around, I was not impressed by ERS.

Great Sunday drive out through Wales, you even managed to book the weather for this one! Can't wait for the next one. Shame the triangle had cops all over it although that sounds to be the norm now Having flashing blue lights behind me at one point did get me a little nervous...
