Hello all,
Due to new summer project, having a bit of a garage clear out and decided to get rid off my excess cleaning products. I tend to go overboard when buying this stuff and never actually get round to using most of it so may aswell benefit another Zed owner instead.
All products are brand new. I have more than one bottle of some of these so just ask. Prices are pretty much half what I paid:
1) Stjarnagloss Hjul PH Neutral wheel cleaner - 4 litres = £15
2) Stjarnagloss Hjul PH Neutral wheel cleaner - 400ml = £5
3) Stjarnagloss Foam pad & Microfibre cleaner - 400ml = £4
4) ValetPro Zelos Fortifier - 500ml = £20
5) Permanon Diamond 2-in-1 - 100ml = £10
6) Einszett Chrome Care Metal Polish - 150ml = £3
7) Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer Bottle & Spray Head - 909ml = £2.50
8) Meguiar's Wraptivo Car Wrap Carbon Film Black - S = 12" X 48" = £20
9) Meguiar's Key Ring = £3
10) Dodo Juice Supernatural Wash Mitt ('Yeti's Fist') = £12
The liquids are pick up only (royal mail seem to drop kick my parcels to their location). All others can be posted for less than £1 depending on size. Based near Manchester airport. Happy to bring along to any of the car meets around Trafford park if required.

The JDM north meets at asda seem to be getting worse every year. It started off with a small number of tasty jap motors but its turned into a barry boy fest.
Best to go when they are held at Oulton park or the other nicer locations.

Might meet you lot at the pub.
For those who are meeting there, how can we identify you? Just saves asking everyone in the pub "errr do you drive a Z?"
-
Gumball went well. Probably best to keep all chat on the separate topic linked below. Photos are also in there.

EDIT: Having noticed the type of crowd this event is attracting and no mention of permission from the land owners, I'll be getting a lift in.

For anyone who is interested, the JDM north meet is on tomorrow (30.11.13).
Details can be found below.

Hey everyone.
So as a lot of you already know the next meet will be taking place at Oulton park on Saturday 30th November. The meet will start at 11am and as usual will go on until everybody starts leaving or 5pm whichever comes first.
There will be a small charge on the gate of £2 per person, the money is a donation towards the club and will be used for future events that we have planned as does any money made from the jdm north sticker sales.
We're under very strict rules here, just because it's a race track doesn't give you the right to make as much noise as possible, anybody driving like an idiot, key banging, donuts, burnouts etc will be kicked off immediately without any refund. We've kind of let it slip at most of the meets but we've worked really hard to get this venue and we plan on using it again.
The race track has a pretty fragile relationship with the neighbors as you can imagine so please drive sensibly when driving through the village when entering and leaving. All it's going to take is 1 complaint and we won't be allowed back.
Now for the less boring bits-
There will be a track day on the same day which you will be able to watch fro the viewing platforms which means there won't be any track time for us this time but it's something we're going to work on for the summer if this one goes well.
We'll be inviting a few traders to come a long so make sure you bring some cash, we haven't confirmed them yet but as soon as we do we'll post up the details.
The JDM North stickers will be available to buy again on the day and fingers crossed we should have some t shirts and hats.
As always anybody is welcome but if you don't have a Japanese car or bike we will ask you to park in a separate area.
There is a cafe at Oulton park as well so there is somewhere to eat, if you do bring any food outside to eat please make sure you put your rubbish in the bin and then its less for us to pick up later.
Hope to see you all there
Would be good to see some fellow Z owners.

M20 X 1.5. Im sure this fits because its what I have fitted on mine.
-
Fraid im going to have to drop out this year Ongoing car problems looks like im getting a lift instead. Sorry for the late notice Amy but can you give my spot to someone else?
I will be sure to come and find you lot to say hi.
-
Might be me. Coupe, black wheels and veilside lip? Although there are about 4 regulars I see every day to work.
-
Those wheels are Petrol Fate, made by TSW. Terrible terrible terrible. Not quite on par with Bentley wheels.
-
Hello mate, ill be in the Z parked in the civilian car park. Sure you don't want more photos of our cars with promo girls, haha. Ill see you there then.
-
Is anyone still going to Oulton park tomorrow? Ill pop along. Assuming there is no club stand though.
-
Google is your friend but as im so nice: DE74 2TN

How did you know it was at the post office? Did the postman tell you? Note through your door? I'm just concerned as if mine doesn't turn up then I don't know where it would be as I have 2 local post offices, 2 local sorting offices and never see the poastman as I'm at work when he comes round.
Im lucky as I know my postman well and he text me. I think they would normally leave a note if you were not in. Best to call as suggested.
Gootatcrashing, can you let us know how much the deficit was please?
Postage deficit was only about 10 pence if I remember.
My post was not at all a complaint as I know its not easy to sort so many tickets. Just wanted to give others a heads about the potential issue.
-
Had a bit of an issue with my postage - Wrong address on the letter and incorrect fee was put on the postage so I had to go to post office and pay a handling fee and the postage deficit. Not having a go at anyone but might explain if some have not been delivered? Just glad I got mine in the end.
-
Opie oils, how do you do it? A* service at rock bottom prices AND further discounts on top of everything. Oil recieved today. Many thanks.
-
Paid up. Looking forwards to this.
-
A guy I know has just put this together, been a while since Ive seen anything lower:
Ed had to raise it up because the cat eyes pulled parts off it. No handbags in sight either.
-
Yes, a slight bend that reduces the length in the spring cup would cause toe out because the spring cup centreline is behind the axle centreline.
If you struggle to find any differences in dimensions, try swapping various LHS and RHS arms around and visually checking the alignment.
-
Yes, it was the spring cup. I did also change the hub carrier and upper wishbone too but they were twisted quite badly and were easy to identify.

Gumball 3000 checkpoint in Manchester
in North West
Posted
This may interest a few of you NW locals. The Gumball 3000 rally has a checkpoint at Manchester City Etihad football stadium on Sunday 08.06.14 from 12:00 onwards. I imagine some fairly decent motors turning up. The website states:
Checkpoint // Manchester
Time: 12:00 - 16:00

Location: City Of Manchester Stadium
City: Manchester
Country: UK
Manchester City Football Club hosts the first lunchtime checkpoint of the European half of the rally. The teams will display their cars within the grounds of the stadium whilst enjoying a private lunch within the stadium. Once they have enjoyed the delights that Manchester has to offer, all the cars will be heading further south, to London.

*now to get some giant Gumball stickers on the Z and see if I can blag my way into the checkpoint
