Sounds like you are have a bit of a nightmare buddy.
Hope you get it sorted.
-
Very informative. Hoping to fit one when its a little warmer!!
-
Sorry to hear about that buddy, must have been horrible, still nothing you could have done.
Hope you get things fixed soon.
Thats horrible mate and very unlucky, had the dog escaped? Poor thing, but nothing your could have done about it. It took a big chunk of bumper with it didnt it?
Looks like to gone across the weak points, reflector hole and washer jet hole, not much material holding it together across there.
-
Yes it would be bumper off, maybe get away with just under tray, but wouldn't give you much room to work in.
It's legit and come boxed with fixings.
Cheers

Yes, some screw into the existing tie eye thread.
This one will probably need a couple if holes drilling in the bumper cross member.
Hope that makes sense.....
-
Sorry, I'm afraid not, never got round to trying to fit it!
Guess I could hold it in the grill somewhere with tape and take a snap shot for you!

Bad times!!

Lorry had right of way. End of.
You are supposed to match your speed on the slip road to the motorway and find a valid space.
Can argue as much as you want that the truck driver was too close to the motor in front, or that he could have been courteous and slowed down.
Or that he could/couldn't see the Civic.
But at the end of the day, it is HIS right of way.
Civic driver was in the wrong. Period.
Agreed.
Surprising how many people try to force their way off the slip road, rather than stopping if required.
They seem to think they have right of way!
Glad it didn't end up a bad as it may have done.

I have the screen with bracket but no buttons. If you are still looking for one. PM me for details. cheers.

Great photos and video. Zed sounds great.
I'm about 15 mins from Snetterton and have been toying with doing a track day or two there over the summer.
Looks like a great track, can't wait to get something booked up.
Depending which way you come, there are a few garages with Ultimate/Optimax etc
Be interested to see what too speed I get out of a std set up, can't see me roasting S2000's!!
-
Not sure if I worded the last post correctly.
£300 plus postage is for all 3, not each!
Happy to set up if you'd like a listen.

Selling a set of three KEF KHT6000 speakers as i have replaced them with some bigger KEF speakers!
All come with wall mounts and stands.
Speakers 'know' which method you are using to position them and adjust themselves accordingly.
(Different connectors on brackets/stands)
There are two vertical ones and one horizontal one, ideal for mounting/standing around your TV.
Sound great, especially when pared with a sub.
More hifi items to follow.

Sme time after going through a puddle at low speedthe Zed became very porely.
The dash was lit up like Christmas tree!
Headlights were off on the stalk, but on, wipers failed, fan was on, off, on, off....
Decided to disconnect the battery and take a look in the fuse box.
It was soaked!
So the following morning, I removed the fuses, relays etc and set about drying everything.
Even had the hair dryer out for a period of time.
I couldn't for the life of me see how the water had got in until I dropped relay below the fuse box out of reach.
Ended up taking out the battery and the part it sits on to reteive the relay.
This is when I discovered what looks to be a gromet with a one way valve in. It was rolling around loose and not sealing the hole below in to the engine bay.
Guess it may be slighly perrised if it popped out that easily.
Anyway, re assemebled everything once I was happy it was dry, and crossed my fingers.
Fortunately she started first tim and there were no lights lit up.
Think I may have been very lucky that nothing had been fried blown.
Time to source a new grommet!

Haha, agreed....

Both routes look good, plenty of coast to see.
Then a cruise back down the A47 to Norwich.
